About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint by landing net new customers and
driving expansion within the 500-3,000 employee segment. This role is designed for sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced,
high-volume sales environment and have a passion for helping smaller, dynamic companies unlock their potential with Miro. You will
be responsible for managing the full sales cycle. While you will receive assistance from cross-functional partners, you will also
take ownership of developing and advancing your pipeline.

Commercial Account Executive As an Account Executive (AE) on our Commercial Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across small to midsize markets. Sellers follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify the customer's unique needs, and clearly convey the value of the Datadog product. AEs have the opportunity to grow their careers in Sales and continue contributing to Datadog team success. What You’ll Do: * Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity * Become a Datadog expert through continued product and sales trainings * Manage the full sales cycle, including technical demonstrations and negotiation * Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity * Strategically prospect into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users Who You Are: * Curious, driven, and motivated as a sales person * Fluent in French required * Creative in how you map and break into accounts * Able to learn from feedback and champion a growth mindset * Comfortable operating in a highly technical, fast paced environment * Experienced in carrying quota, with a proven track record of success Datadog values people from all walks of life. As a French based in Amsterdam, you will be supported in our HQ in Amsterdam acting as a hub for ressources while your customers will be in France. About the Role As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Miro’s footprint by landing net new customers and driving expansion within the 500-3,000 employee segment. What you’ll do * Prospect and Engage: Leverage outbound strategies and our high performing sales tool to identify and connect with high-potential prospects in your territory. * Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a high-volume pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent deal flow and efficient sales cycles. * Value Selling: Understand customer needs and challenges, demonstrating how Miro’s platform addresses their specific use cases and delivers measurable business value. * Customer Relationships: Develop trust and credibility with key stakeholders, including senior decision-makers, within prospective organizations. * Sales Excellence: Drive deals to close efficiently by managing high-velocity sales cycles while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer engagement. * Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer success, and Sales Engineering to ensure alignment and optimize customer expansion efforts. Work with your extended sales team in France to create sustainable business in France. * Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and advancements in SaaS to position Miro as the solution of choice. What you’ll need * 2+ years in a SaaS or technology sales environment, with experience in a full-cycle closing role * Strong prospecting abilities, effective communication skills and proficiency in value-based selling techniques * Familiarity with advanced sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and Slack * A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment * Experience managing shorter sales cycles and high transaction volumes, with the ability to balance multiple priorities * Always eager to learn and grow your technical and business skills * A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally to drive success * Fluency in French and in English What's in it for you We want you to feel supported, connected, and ready to grow. JOIN LEPAYA! Joining Lepaya’s Commercial Domain as an Account Executive, you will be responsible for new business development, specifically hunting for new logos aligned with our refined ICP (+4k FTE). In this capacity, you will collaborate with an AM/CSM, who handles renewals, to develop strategic proposals and solutions that align customer needs with Lepaya’s offerings. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing, within the Benelux market. You’ll work with Marketing to convert qualified leads into long-term subscription clients, ensuring our standard product packages are matched to client needs. For this role, we only accept Dutch-speaking candidates. Key Responsibilities * New Business & Expansion Development * Source, identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with new and existing logos, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Lepaya's offering * Lead the pre-sales process and ensure proposed impact goals are realistic and aligned with both client expectations and Lepaya’s delivery capabilities. * Nurture & develop newly won accounts until a stable, recurring revenue is achieved * Create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying prospects and opportunities. * Source new potential leads through self sourcing, by attending events and lead generation * Collaborate with our Marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. * Strategic Client partnership * Foster strategic relationships with new clients, acting as a strategic advisor to align customer goals with Lepaya’s learning solutions. * Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals * Organize advocacy initiatives together with our Marketing teams, such as events and webinars, to attract potential new customers. * Sell a standard product portfolio: Clearly articulate the value of our subscription offerings, focusing on fit and scalability over customization. * Develop strong strategic proposals for your potential customers answering customer’s needs and aligning with Lepaya’s solutions.
