Join our Customer Delight Team as a Customer Delight Associate and bring joy to customers' days with every interaction!
In this role, you'll focus on supporting both our bloomon and Bloom & Wild brands (can be London or Amsterdam based), delivering exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression. As a part of the German Customer Delight team, handle requests from German-speaking customers, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse needs. In this role, you will be responsible for our German customers via email, whatsapp, live chat and phone. From time to time we will also ask you to jump into our Dutch email queue (we have a great translation tool) and all English queues.
It is essential that you can think in a solution-oriented way and are able to work independently. For this position, it is also a must that you are empathetic and can put yourself in our customers' shoes. You will carry out varied work and be given a lot of responsibility straight away. Being organised, proactive and ready to hit the ground running will be essential to success in the role.
We are a hybrid team working across the UK, Netherlands and Germany and take time to regularly connect remotely and in person.
Please note that this role requires fluent Dutch language skills.

We work around the clock to support and delight our customers at every turn - ensuring no question goes unanswered, and always looking for ways to improve our customer experience. We’re always keen to speak with anyone who is passionate about great customer service and is looking to develop their skills in this area. If you are a fluent Dutch and English speaker (German and Danish speakers also needed!), with a little bit of experience in a customer-focused role, we’d love to hear from you! We hire throughout the year and are able to offer hybrid, flexible (24-40 hour) working patterns across Monday - Sunday. While we are known for our flowers, our Procurement team provides the operational and supply chain foundation for our non-horticultural range. From fresh-baked treats and luxury hamper components to home, lifestyle, and the essential packaging that delivers the "wow" moment. Our team is divided into two clear pillars: Strategic Procurement and Stock Planning. As the Stock Planning Lead, you will report to the Head of Procurement & Inventory, acting as the architect of our operational procurement function and building the scalable systems we need to grow. We are a team that "cares wildly" about impact. Working closely with partners across the business, we ensure the infrastructure is in place to support their vision. Our focus is on delivering perfect availability, optimising inventory health, and enabling rapid range expansion through robust operational processes.
