In this role, you’ll play an important part in creating a comfortable, clean, and memorable stay for our guests. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include cleaning and preparing guest rooms to a high standard, arranging rooms and furniture with care, responding to guest requests, and maintaining hotel and public areas in excellent condition. You’ll also assist with linen handling, stocking housekeeping pantries, and replenishing minibars, ensuring everything is ready for seamless guest experiences. With your attention to detail and pride in your work, you’ll help deliver the thoughtful, high‑quality service Soho House is known for. As Room Attendant you will be maintaining the highest quality standards in the bedrooms. Cleaning assigned guestrooms and replenishing the rooms in accordance with company standards. At Soho House the Membership Receptionist is responsible for welcoming, directing or signing in all members and guests to the property. As a Receptionist, you will wear many hats; reception desk and handle basic admin duties,  attending the cloak room as well as performing guestlist responsibilities.  As part of our Soho House team, it's your job to make sure our members and guests have a great experience every time. Responsibilities... * Ensure every member is welcomed by name (if local) and guest is welcomed with open arms and in a hospitable manner. * Answer high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries. * Well-versed on standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing. * Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment, reception area, desk and coat check closet. * Perform Guest List duties on the floor level, club and/or Rooftop (if applicable). * Support, redirect and problem solve in real-time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set. * Assist guests by checking/ retrieving their coats and/or items they left. * Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management. * Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional. * Performs other duties as required to support the running of the house.
