Som vår Lead Technician är du ansvarig för den dagliga ledningen och övervakningen av serviceteknikerna för att säkerställa effektiv planering och genomförande av service, drift och garanti för turbiner i ditt serviceområde. Bygg en långsiktig perspektiv med teamet för att säkerställa att Siemens Gamesa levererar hög prestanda och värde till kunden.
Hur du kommer att påverka
Utföra uppdrag som delegerats av den ansvariga Operations Manager.
Koordinering, planering och genomförande av service, drift och stöd för tilldelad plats eller resande teknikerteam. Inklusive resursplanering, ledigheter och arbetsschema i samarbete med central planering.
Säkerställa att säkerhet är #1, alla tekniker har adekvat utbildning, säkerhetsutrustning, arbetsinstruktioner och riskbedömningar innan de påbörjar något arbete.
Kontinuerlig uppföljning och förbättring av incidenter för att implementera förbättringar.
Säkerställa att platsens personal och underleverantörer är informerade och följer de överenskomna övergripande EHS-rutinerna och platsens specifika EHS-plan i organisationen.
Utnyttja lokal och regional teknisk support för att lösa problem på platserna.
Vidta korrigerande åtgärder, ta itu med brister och göra förbättringar för att driva serviceteamen.
Ansvarig för kontinuerlig utveckling och förbättring av produktivitet och KPI:er samt andra plats-/kontraktmål som stöds av Ops Manager.
Tillhandahålla månadsrapportering till kunder och hantera platsens månatliga möten med kunden med stöd av Ops Manager.
Bygga långsiktiga relationer med kunden som platskontakt och mot leverantörer för att skapa varaktiga relationer.
Hantera arbete under varierande förhållanden för att anpassa planeringen av arbeten och resurser för att uppfylla kontraktsförpliktelser, optimera WF-produktion och teamets produktivitet.
Hantera teamet för att slutföra och upprätthålla nödvändig och korrekt dokumentation och register.
Platsadministration inkluderar rapportering, hantering av beställningar, hålla register etc.

Passion för förnybar energi och en känsla för vikten av att leda förändringen.
Den ideala kandidaten har en teknisk/yrkesexamen och det är önskvärt att du har en elektrisk och/eller mekanisk bakgrund och erfarenhet. Du har några års erfarenhet i en ledarroll/team lead roll.
I denna roll ska du också
Visa mycket effektiva planerings- och organisationsförmågor.
Ha förmågan att arbeta i en snabb miljö och helst ha erfarenhet av vindkraftverk.
Kunna arbeta självständigt och i en teammiljö.
Ha flytande engelska färdigheter - både muntligt och skriftligt. Svenska är en stor fördel.
Du har körkort (B).
Du måste vara fysiskt i god form och inte rädd för höjder, medicinsk undersökning krävs inklusive svenskt “mast och stolpintyg”.
