Om tjänsten:Vi söker en Supply Quality Engineer till en av våra kunder i Ängelholm. Företaget verkar i en spännande internationell miljö, där merparten av kommunikationen sker på engelska. I rollen blir du en del av ett mindre men sammansvetsat team med hög kompetens och nära samarbete. Du fungerar som länken mellan inköp, leverantörer och produktion, med fokus på att säkerställa kvalitet, efterlevnad och effektiva processer genom hela kedjan.
I rollen arbetar du nära inköp samt produktion och är ett viktigt stöd i kvalitetsfrågor. Du stöttar inköp i att säkerställa att leverantörer är godkända, uppfyller kvalitetskrav och följer gällande regelverk. Du hjälper även produktionen vid förändringar av befintliga produkter samt vid introduktion av nya produkter och funktioner. En viktig del av arbetet är att säkerställa att inkommande material och komponenter är godkända för produktion.
Vidare hanterar du leverantörsavvikelser, reklamationer och CAPA-ärenden. Rollen innebär även att bidra till utveckling och underhåll av kvalitetsledningssystemet, med fokus på leverantörsprocesser. Vidare arbetar du med QA release, change control, riskhantering samt granskning och godkännande av kvalitetsdokumentation.
Vi söker dig som:Har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsexamen inom kemiteknik, bioteknik eller likvärdigt område
Har ett stort intresse för kvalité
Talar och skriver flytande svenska och engelska, då båda språken används i det dagliga arbetet.

Join Us! About the role We are seeking a driven and innovative Industrial Engineer to join our rapidly scaling heat pump manufacturing operations. As we expand towards producing 50,000 units annually, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing production processes, integrating advanced manufacturing systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work cross-functionally to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production as we transition from scale-up to large-scale manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing workflows and production layouts to support scale-up goals. Implement lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, reduce cycle time, and improve throughput. Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to introduce new product lines and production technologies. Lead time studies, capacity planning, and equipment utilization analysis. Support automation projects, including robotics and Industry 4.0 integration. Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training documentation for production staff. Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to resolve production bottlenecks or quality issues. Contribute to sustainability initiatives by optimizing energy usage and minimizing material waste in production processes. Supervise equipment development phases with suppliers, manage local & international suppliers through all phases of projects (FMEA, RFI, RFQ, FAT-Pre acceptance, SAT-Final acceptance etc.) Perform the manufacturability analysis of New Products, process and technologies Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in industrial or process engineering (within high-volyme manufacturing environment is positive) Proven knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Experience with CAD software, production simulation tools, and data analysis (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Python, SCADA). Strong understanding of automation, supply chain interactions, and production systems. Preferred Experience: Background in HVAC, home energy systems Experience with ERP and MES systems (e.g., SAP, Siemens Opcenter). Exposure to working in a scale-up or fast-growing production environment. Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.

You will be a part of a team consisting of 12 dedicated co-workers, all responsible for a certain contract manufacturer. What will you do as Manufacturing Process Engineer? You will be working in the Manufacturing Quality Team, giving important production expertise from an Axis perspective to our production partners. Drive activities such as improvements in high volume and optimization of the production process. It is incredibly important to have an overall production understanding and a mindset to always improve while maintaining quality. You have a wish to help our partners in their production of Axis products and develop our cooperation. The team will have a deep collaboration with our external manufacturing partners (located in Asia, Europe, and North America) taking technical lead and ensuring that the requirements in the production process is fulfilled.
