Group Financial Controller

As Group Financial Controller, you will be part of Group Accounting & Controlling, a team responsible for the financial reporting and consolidation of the Stena Metall Group.
This is a broad role combining both accounting and controlling, where you will work with group reporting, consolidation, financial analysis, and management reporting. Together with the team, you will contribute to the continuous development of financial processes and help ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial information across the group.
Key responsibilities:
Participate in the group consolidation process (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
Prepare the annual report and interim reports
Work with accounting-related matters, including the application of IFRS and updates to the financial handbook
Analyze and review financial reporting from subsidiaries
Prepare materials for Management and the Board
Contribute to budget, forecast, and strategy processes
Participate in system-related projects and improvements

To succeed in this role, you have a relevant university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related field, and at least three years of experience within accounting, controlling or financial analysis. Experience from a group finance function or a Big Four firm is considered a plus.

The position is based at our headquarters in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of Financial Reporting.
