ABOUT THE ROLE Constructor Group is looking for a President / Head of Corporate Development, Argentina & LATAM to lead the development and expansion of the Group’s presence across Argentina and the wider Latin American region. This is a senior strategic and operational role focused on building local market presence, developing partnerships, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between regional teams and the global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business development experience, operational leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of the LATAM market. This role is similar in scope to a senior cross-functional leadership position, but with a clear regional focus on Argentina and Latin America. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead corporate development initiatives across Argentina and LATAM. * Build and maintain relationships with local partners, universities, institutions, government bodies, investors, and business communities. * Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion opportunities. * Represent the company in the region and act as the key senior point of contact for local stakeholders. * Support the development and execution of the regional growth strategy. * Coordinate with global leadership across business, finance, legal, HR, operations, and product teams. * Help establish and scale local operations, processes, and teams where needed. * Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape, the regulatory environment, and regional business opportunities. * Support negotiations, partnership agreements, and strategic initiatives. * Ensure alignment between local execution and global company priorities. * Prepare regular updates, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in corporate development, business development, general management, strategy, or regional leadership. * Strong understanding of the Argentina and/or LATAM business environment. * Experience working with international companies or global stakeholders. * Strong network across business, education, technology, government, or investment ecosystems would be a plus. * Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. * Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking. * Hands-on approach with the ability to operate in a fast-changing environment. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience managing cross-functional projects and senior-level initiatives. * Fluent English and Spanish are required. GAQ125R25 As Head of Corporate Engineering, you will be responsible for Enterprise engineering and operations globally. You will be responsible for building and managing a highly technical enterprise engineering team, developing first principled-based strategies, and enabling strong enterprise security. Key responsibilities include engineering, securing and optimizing cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, Endpoints, Collaboration tools, and ensuring compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP compliance. The Head of Corporate Engineering will work closely with R&D on managing engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub, driving efficient adoption and integration. Strong technical and influencing leadership principles coupled with the ability to manage a complex, scaling, and fast-moving enterprise environment are essential. This role reports directly to the Vice President, Infrastructure and Operations Responsibilities: In this influential role, you will be responsible for:  * Securing the Enterprise: Working closely with Enterprise Security organization to harden and secure our cloud environments, secret management, collaboration tools, endpoints, SaaS environments, IAM tools, and more. Success measured in continuous improvement of our enterprise security hardening standards * Building and Scaling our Cloud Infrastructure: Your team will be responsible for establishing and implementing enterprise cloud infrastructure including establishing Infrastructure Provisioning, SRE services, 24/7 on-call support, Infra as Code, observability, and more. In addition, you will be responsible for managing cloud budgets, vendor management, and establishing cost optimization initiatives. Success is measured in increased developer velocity while securing & scaling the cloud infrastructure * Engineering Tooling: Partner closely with R&D teams to establish policies, configurations, run-books, SLAs, hardening, scalability and availability of engineering tools like Github, Jira, Atlassian, and more * Endpoint Engineering: Enable extreme automation for endpoint management with zero-touch deployment, observability (synthetic and real-time), provisioning/de-provisioning, and establishing standards / SLAs. Enforce security policies, configure & manage security settings and ensure compliance across all endpoints and mobile devices.
