Manage projects as well as leading our business growth, the data consulting teams welcome all business and technical background joiners, who would thrive as an expert in a specific field, or a true versatile player.   MISSION As a data consultant, you will be conducting projects from A to Z to accompany the transformation of our clients’ businesses. It will be up to you and the team will be defining the clients' needs, and the strategy or the solution to be implemented to solve their problem and meet their objectives. You will manage the implementation project of said solutions, sometimes by good old sliding, sometimes by writing a few lines of SQL codes, if you are up to it! You will be a representative of Artefact in business proposals, but also a contributor to our business-relevant contents. TL;DR * You like to be up to the collection, analyse, and visualisation of data in a business context. * Our working language is in English, but it's always easier when you speak the local language(s) ;)   THE TEAM The DS team is a melting pot of around 100 Data Scientists with various backgrounds, previous experience and affinities. Some have been here since their graduations, others did work in startups, consulting firms or other companies before. Some had an engineering background from the start, others did first a business major before specializing in Data Science. Some studied statistics, others engineering systems. Every day is an opportunity to excel, to learn more and to face new challenges. Thanks to a tailor-made skills development program, you will be able to become a Swiss Army knife in data, all while developing very precise skills in our different expertise.   MISSION You design and deliver data solutions to and with our clients, which means developing data preparation pipelines, training algorithms, deploying them in infrastructures, and interacting with clients. TL;DR * From design to deployment, you manage your solution end-to-end, while also optimising the performance, security and scalability. * Our working language is in English and preferably the local language of the office.   THE TEAM The most tech people of our Data & Consulting division, the title of "Data engineer" or "Software engineer" does not describe everything our amazing women and men can do: data engineering, operation management, security, cloud architecture, MLOps, and more. Presenting in each and every office of Artefact, working seamlessly with our consultants and data experts, our Data & Software engineers are the ones who make our data projects come true.   MISSION You will work with the team to identify your clients' needs and define innovative solutions of which you will be ownership from start to end. You manage both its conception and implementation, while also optimising the performance and scalability. You will also coach others, keep abreast of industry news/updates and get stuck into training sessions with our business partners and suppliers, such as Google & Amazon.
