The Role… At Soho House, as a Housekeeping Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service across all guest-facing and back-of-house areas. Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key duties… * Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure all areas (rooms, public spaces, offices, and staff areas) are cleaned and maintained to high standards. * Conduct daily inspections and audits of guest areas, restrooms, lounges, and event spaces, addressing any deficiencies immediately. * Support training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand club standards, procedures, and safety expectations. * Create and adjust daily work schedules and task lists based on occupancy, events, and business levels. * Liaise with front of house, events, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and prompt response to member needs. * Monitor housekeeping stock levels (e.g. cleaning supplies, linen, amenities) and assist with inventory control. * Enforce health, hygiene, and safety regulations, and ensure compliance with COSHH and manual handling practices. * Address member or guest feedback regarding cleanliness or housekeeping promptly and professionally. * Lead by example, promoting a positive team environment and strong work ethic. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we are looking for...
