As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle - from the first outbound touch to a signed
contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, managing your pipeline and
revenue contribution end-to-end.

Role Mission We’re looking for an ambitious, self-driven, and adaptable individual based in Barcelona, who wants to be a part of a huge success story. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Payhawk, you’ll generate new leads and business opportunities for the Spanish market, playing a pivotal role in shaping our success. You’ll be the first to introduce our platform to potential customers, building relationships and driving pipeline opportunities for our Account Executives. Maintenez un niveau d'activité élevé et construisez un pipeline commercial solide à partir de zéro. Vous êtes responsable de l'ensemble de votre activité de prospection. * Découverte des besoins et qualification * Comprenez l'organisation actuelle de chaque prospect, ses problématiques et ses besoins opérationnels. Identifiez rapidement les opportunités pertinentes et positionnez Amenitiz de manière précise et adaptée à leur situation. * Démonstrations produit * Animez des démonstrations structurées et personnalisées qui établissent un lien direct entre les fonctionnalités du produit et les enjeux métier du prospect. Rendez la prise de décision simple et évidente. * Gestion des objections et closing * Traitez avec assurance les hésitations, les comparaisons avec la concurrence et les objections liées au timing. Créez un sentiment d'urgence lorsque cela est pertinent et sachez demander la signature. * Gestion du pipeline * Maintenez HubSpot à jour et garantissez la fiabilité des données. Réalisez des prévisions précises et assurez un suivi rigoureux de chaque opportunité. * Collaboration * Travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables commerciaux et vos collègues afin d'améliorer en continu votre approche. À propos de vous * Vous disposez de 2 à 4 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale (SDR, Account Executive ou poste en cycle de vente complet). * Vous êtes de langue maternelle française, italienne, espagnole ou portugaise, et possédez un excellent niveau d'anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral. * Vous êtes à l'aise pour alterner entre des phases de prospection intensive et des phases de closing au cours d'une même semaine. * Vous assumez l'entière responsabilité de votre pipeline et de vos résultats, au-delà des simples indicateurs d'activité. * Vous adoptez une approche structurée de la gestion commerciale : vos prévisions sont fiables et votre suivi est irréprochable. * Vous faites preuve de résilience et de régularité dans un environnement exigeant, orienté objectifs et à fort volume d'activité. * Une expérience en SaaS, dans la technologie appliquée à l'hôtellerie ou en startup constitue un atout. La maîtrise de HubSpot ou d'un CRM similaire est appréciée. Identify fit quickly, prioritise the right opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a way that is specific and relevant to their situation. * Product demos: Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems. Make it easy for the prospect to say yes. * Objection handling & closing: Navigate hesitation, competitive comparisons, and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where it is earned. Ask for the deal. * Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably. Ensure no follow-up slips through. * Collaboration: Work with Sales leadership and peers to sharpen your approach. Share market feedback, objection patterns, and competitive intelligence to help the team improve.
