Your daily activities will be composed of cold-calls, and follow up calls to present TheFork products and services. * You will be in charge of proposing and selling TheFork products and services, including: promotions, advanced software tool, booking widgets installed on the restaurant website, training & marketing solutions. * You will engage with the Restaurants managers to help them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of the TheFork Manager tool and TheFork network. * You will follow up with the prospects you engaged with until you close the deal and the restaurant is successfully published online on TheFork and affiliate websites. Who you are: * Native in French and fluency in english, any additional language is valuable. * Experience of at least 1 year in a similar role: Telesales - Prospecting and qualifying by phone, being responsible for the entire sales cycle. * Used to work with CRM - managing and organizing a pipeline. * A self-starter, and passionate Foodie, who loves to reach and exceed targets. * A customer-oriented person with a strong commercial mindset and influencing skills, capable of convincing and engaging people. * A high-performing professional with demonstrated business development experience, preferably in B2B and in restaurants/hospitality environments, comfortable in managing short-term negotiations. * A dynamic person, used to work independently in fast-paced environments and with great organizational skills. * A curious and willing to learn enthusiast, who wants to grow and improve with us. This is a unique opportunity to join a newly launched division within a high-growth tech company, combining startup energy with enterprise scale. You’ll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across Flanders, using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM. * Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system - TheFork Manager- that includes among other features: online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services. * Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager. * Own the full sales cycle — from outreach to successful onboarding and activation. * Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go-to-market strategy and supporting future scale-up. WHO YOU ARE * Fluent in Flemish and English (other languages like French, Spanish, Arabic are a plus but not required). * Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus. * Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs. * Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions. * Entrepreneurial mindset — excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast. * Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test-and-learn setting. * Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. OUTBOUND SALES TEAM LEAD – BARCELONA Location: Barcelona, Spain | Team: EU GTM – Sales ES | Type: Full-time, Office-first TEAM DESCRIPTION Our New Markets Sales team is responsible for launching and scaling SumUp's commercial presence in new territories across Europe — and Switzerland is our next big focus. This role sits at the heart of that expansion: you'll be based in our Barcelona office, leading a team of outbound Sales Representatives who sell remotely into the Swiss market across all language regions.
