Kvalifikationer Som Systems Engineering Manager Du ansvarar för att säkerställa hållbara och robusta systemlösningar samtidigt som du leder och utvecklar team. I rollen kombineras teknisk systemförståelse med ledarskap och affärsinsikt, och du känner dig trygg i att: Ta ett helhetsansvar för systems engineering-arbetet Leda och stötta systemingenjörer i komplexa uppdrag Fatta tekniska beslut och driva arbetet framåt Vara en nyckelspelare i dialogen med kund och andra intressenter Driva utveckling inom Systems Engineering området och utbilda andra Som Systems Engineer / Systemingenjör Du arbetar självständigt eller i team med krav och system i olika faser av livscykeln. Du har ett tydligt systemtänk och kan omsätta behov till tekniska lösningar. Arbetet kan bland annat inkludera: Kravhantering och kravförädling Arkitektur och design av systemlösningar Systemintegration och gränssnittshantering Verifiering och validering Konfigurationshantering Integrerat logistikstöd (ILS) Vi söker dig som: Är trygg i din kompetens inom systems engineering och kan arbeta självständigt i komplexa uppdrag Har ett starkt systemtänk och förstår hur komponenter samverkar i helheter Kan omsätta verksamhets- och kundbehov till tydliga tekniska krav Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med system genom hela livscykeln Har god förståelse för etablerade arbetssätt och ramverk inom Systems Engineering (t.ex. INCOSE och ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288) Är van att ta ansvar, driva arbete framåt och fatta välgrundade beslut Akademisk examen på lägst högskolenivå med teknisk inriktning För rollen som Systems Engineering Manager tillkommer: Vana att leda och utveckla team Erfarenhet av att skapa struktur, tydlighet och riktning i komplexa uppdrag Trygghet i att kombinera teknik, affär och ledarskap Meriterande Certifiering inom Systems Engineering (t.ex. INCOSE CSEP/ASEP) Erfarenhet av kravhanteringsverktyg Erfarenhet av modellbaserad systems engineering (MBSE) Erfarenhet från större projekt inom försvarsområdet   Säkerhetsprövning & Utbildningsverifiering Våra uppdrag är varierande och många finns inom säkerhetsklassade områden, vilket innebär att du kan behöva genomgå en säkerhetsprövning innan du börjar hos oss. About the assignment: • We are looking for an experienced Building Automation Engineer for a technically advanced assignment within energy infrastructure. The assignment is carried out in an environment with high requirements for quality, safety, and compliance with international standards. You will work closely with project, engineering, and site teams and contribute strong technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle – from early design to execution and follow up. • The assignment takes place in an international, technology leading energy infrastructure environment, where advanced control and automation systems play a key role in enabling safe and reliable energy transmission. The projects are complex and site based, characterized by high demands on quality, safety, and compliance with international regulations. • You will work at the intersection of automation, electrical systems, and building related infrastructure, in close cooperation with multiple engineering disciplines. YOUR MISSION You will be the technical owner of our satellite platform- the person who turns mission needs into a buildable, testable and reliable system, and who is not afraid to go hands-on when reality hits hardware. * Own the platform technical direction: define and drive the system architecture, requirements, interfaces and budgets to ensure a coherent end-to-end platform. * Make the right engineering calls: lead trade-offs across mass, power, thermal, data, RF and reliability to converge on a design the team can actually deliver. * Bring systems to the lab: define the verification approach and actively support AIT and test campaigns (planning, procedures, acceptance criteria, reports). * Be the “go-to” technical problem solver: troubleshoot anomalies, unblock the team, and push issues to closure with pragmatic engineering judgement. * Connect specialists into one system: align subsystem/domain experts across departments, ensuring interfaces, assumptions and decisions are consistent and documented. * Enable execution with structure: work with a Project Manager who supports planning and delivery tracking, so you can focus on technical leadership and hands-on execution. * On-site role: work from our facilities in Porto do Molle (Nigrán, Spain), close to the hardware, the lab and the engineering team. YOUR PROFILE * Engineering degree in Aerospace / Industrial / Telecommunications / Electronics (or similar). * 7+ years in space systems engineering, with participation in flight projects. * Proven hands-on experience in system/subsystem integration and verification (AIT). * Strong background in: * Requirements engineering & traceability * System architecture & interface management (ICDs) * V&V / test logic (procedures, reports, anomaly tracking) * Risk & reliability methods  and engineering margins * Space standards (ECSS or equivalent) * Comfortable working across structures, avionics, ADCS, thermal, propulsion, SW/FDIR and operations. * Mindset/skills: technical leadership, autonomy, clear communication, prioritization, ability to move from high-level architecture to detailed problem solving. Nice to have * MBSE / SysML and architecture tools. * Exposure to EGSE/MGSE, TVAC/vibration, EMC/EMI campaigns. * Experience with avionics/electrical interfaces, harnessing, C&DH, or on-board SW verification. * Strong configuration/documentation discipline (baselines, change control, review packages).
