The place…    Located in the Gothic Quarter, opposite Port Vell, the House has a private Club for our Members. The Health Club offers innovative options for taking care of our bodies and minds. We also have 56 rooms, a private cinema room, and our signature Cecconi's restaurant.  Main Duties  * Bring food/drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to its respective location in the restaurants and deliver to members.   * Maintain a spotless, pristine work environment  * Provides service to and is accountable for an assigned section.  * Develop relationships with members in order to provide personalized service.  * Polishing cutlery ensuring they are ready for service.   * Preparing any additions to tables in advance (preparing lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions etc)  * Perform opening and closing procedures including but not limited to the set up and break down of stations.  * Maintain a spotless and pristine working environment.   * Attending regular trainings with front and back of house teams to learn about any menu changes and specials alongside daily tastings.    * Wiping down tables after members have left resetting the restaurant so we can welcome reservations and accommodate walk ins.  * Resolve member complaints, handling all member interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.   * Take action in all matters related to safety, security, satisfaction and wellbeing of employees and members.   * Assure the proper handling of VIPs and PWKs, protecting their privacy and confidentiality.  * Supporting the team with any of their needs on an ad-hoc basis.   * Learn the table plan and table numbers of your site.  MEASURES OF SUCCESS  * Positive feedback from member service surveys.  * Mystery guest responses.  * Member retention. * Overall financial performance of the house.  * Punctuality. * Feedback from management team.  * Weekly and monthly knowledge tests  What We are looking for...  * Passion for Food, drink and hospitality * Strong attention to details * Excellent customer service * Fluent in English or Spanish * Organised and reliable * Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions   Benefits...  * Team meal whilst on shift prepared by our chefs * Soho Friends Membership * 50% Team discount on Food & Drink, 7 days a week * Staff Room Rates * Birthday Day Off * Discount on Cowshed products and Soho Home (up to 20%) * Cookhouse & House Tonic: Our Cookhouse & Tonic Programmes offer unique food and drink training, events and opportunities to inspire and educate. * Continuous training to develop yourself personally and professionally * Exclusive access to our benefits platform with hundreds of discounts on shopping, gym memberships, holidays, insurance and much more.

The Role…  At Soho House, a Waiter plays an essential role in delivering refined, attentive, and personalised service to our members and guests. Working closely with the floor and kitchen teams, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth dining experience while reflecting the Club’s standards of professionalism, discretion, and excellence.   Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience.
