You bring 4+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role & Responsibilities: * • Strong hands-on expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and desktop applications • Deep understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and ability to define end-to-end automation strategy for enterprise-scale applications • Drive adoption of AI-powered testing tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI-based test generation/self-healing platforms) to improve testing speed and coverage • Design and implement scalable, reusable automation scripts using Playwright/Selenium with Python or Java • Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for continuous testing • Perform functional, regression, API, and end-to-end automated testing across multiple application streams • Analyze test results, debug failures, and collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to resolve defects • Prepare and maintain test metrics, automation coverage reports, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility • Explore and prototype AI/ML-driven testing use cases (e.g., predictive test selection, anomaly detection, intelligent test data generation) Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: . •  4–5 years of experience in software test automation, with at least  2–3 years working with AI-augmented testing tools •  Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or Java •  Hands-on expertise with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and cloud testing platforms (LambdaTest/BrowserStack) •  Working knowledge of AI Copilot tools and experience applying them within a testing/QA context •  Experience with API testing tools and frameworks (REST Assured, Postman, Swagger) •  Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) •  Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills •  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Note; Playwright tool / Python scripting Expert level, top class members with excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, enthusiastic and ability to learn quickly and contribute and grow. You bring 5+ YEARS of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities * Lead end-to-end QA activities for CMS(Sitecore) and web platforms .  * Manage functional, regression, UAT, accessibility, analytics, and performance testing.  * Design, implement, and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright/Typescript.  * Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).  * Support content migration and rollout validations.  * Coordinate with Dev, BA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.  * Drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and quality improvements.  * Mentor and guide junior QA team members.  * Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and release readiness documentation.    MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:  * 5+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.  * Strong experience in CMS testing (Sitecore preferred).  * Hands-on experience with Playwright.  * Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.  * Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub.  * Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.  * Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and analytics testing.  * Experience in cross-browser and multi-device testing.  * Excellent defect management and reporting skills.    NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS   * Experience in large-scale enterprise website rollouts.  * Exposure to performance tools (BlazeMeter, Lighthouse).  If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. Must have qualifications * * Good Understanding on s/w testing & expertise on Managing Testing Projects • Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered testing tools — GitHub Copilot and AI platform • This role oversees the delivery of AI-powered testing services across multiple application streams • Strong experience on building Automation Testing strategy and a driving force towards implementing innovation solutions that addresses the entire breadth of client applications in the evolving world of digital and retail platforms • experience in defining end to end testing strategy for enterprise companies across web, mobile, desktop and implementing testing process for global digital platforms. • Strong knowledge on AI tools/ Functional/e2e/API testing and Automation frameworks •Preparing Test Metrics document.
