We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Oracle Xstore expertise to play a techno-functional role in bridging
business stakeholders and the Xstore development team. The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Xstore

You will thrive in this role if you are: * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities: * Experise SIOCS (V23+) Functional Testing: Conduct in-depth functional testing across all Oracle SIOCS modules, including but not limited to inventory * Plan, design, and execute functional, regression, mobile, cross-browser, and API tests. * Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and documentation. * Work closely with developers and product owners to understand requirements. * Validate releases across major browsers and mobile platforms. * Report testing progress, risks, and escalations in time. * Contribute to process improvements and mentor junior testers. Must Have To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: * Education: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field is typically required. * Strong understanding of software testing practices. * Deep understanding of Oracle SIOCS (V23+) functionalities and retail inventory operations. * Hands on experience on Oracle Xstore (V23+) * Cross-browser / cross-platform testing experience. * Mobile UI/functional testing. * API testing (Postman , SOAP UI or equivalent). * Agile methodology exposure. Feuille de route * Travailler avec les équipes business internationales (60+ pays) pour évaluer les nouveaux projets : challenger et qualifier les besoins, évaluer la faisabilité, fournir des estimations d'effort, identifier contraintes et dépendances. * Garantir que la feuille de route engagée est en adéquation avec la capacité de l'équipe (120+ spécialistes retail). * S'assurer que les dépendances inter-domaines (architecture, sécurité, gouvernance) sont identifiées et sécurisées. Gestion de l'équipe * Piloter une équipe de 120+ spécialistes retail au sein d'un compte global de 300+ personnes, dans une gouvernance tripartite (client, intégrateur cockpit, Valtech delivery technique). * S'assurer que l'équipe dispose des bons profils ; recruter en interne et via des consultants externes. * Faire grandir les membres de l'équipe (promotions, plans de développement individuels). Budget * Gérer et défendre le budget du programme retail. * S'assurer que les réalisés sont en ligne avec le budget engagé. * Construire les révisions budgétaires avec les homologues business et IT. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES Afin d’être éligible à ce poste, vous devez posséder les qualifications essentielles suivantes : * +10 années d'expérience en Retail IT, dont plusieurs années en pilotage de programme/domaine à grande échelle. * Solide connaissance des processus retail : ventes, paiements, SAV, gestion des stocks, opérations magasin. * Capacité à traduire les besoins business en solutions techniques robustes (Oracle Retail Xstore/EICS/OMS, SaaS). * Leadership naturel, excellente communication en environnement multiculturel (EMEA/Inde). * Gestion de priorités multiples dans un environnement complexe et évolutif (programme SAFe, PI planning). * Expertise en environnements omnicanaux et architecture SOA/API/ETL. * Expérience avérée en gestion de partenaires technologiques et gouvernance multi-parties. * Expérience en environnement retail premium/luxe. * Français et anglais courants.
