Position Description: Butcher has knowledge in three of the following areas: chop meat, pork/lamb/veal/, beef or gourmet. Meat products are prepared according to standards and customer preference, including cutting, weighting and trimming a wide variety of meats. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards in each area of the department to provide customers with the highest quality meats.
