The Creator Marketing Operations Intern/Working Student is responsible for creating, building and maintaining influencer
relationships; as well as developing strategic & creative recommendations for campaigns.
Alongside traditional influencer outreach and relationship building, the role is also responsible for social media trend
forecasting, creating creative influencer recruitment strategies and supporting the advertiser team with pitching opportunities.

We raised a €27m Series B - one of Europe's largest education rounds in years - and we're scaling fast across Europe and into the US with more than 30m+ users. The AI learning market is at an inflection point, and we're determined to build the first AI learning unicorn in this space. You'll join a team of 60 hands-on builders - and with the growth team behind it all: analysts, creators and influencers turned operators who scaled Europe's biggest creator program to 1B+ views across 25+ countries. If we get this right, you'll shape how an entire generation learns. YOUR MISSION Own the formats that power our growth engine. This is not a marketing internship in the traditional sense, it's one of the most strategically important seats we have. In 2026, how a product is perceived on social media - whether students think it's cool, trust it, talk about it, screenshot it to a friend - shapes its trajectory more than almost any other single factor. Get that right and growth scales exponentially. Get it wrong and the best product in the world stays invisible. Your real job is to understand that mechanism deeply - why an app's image spreads or stalls - and bend it in our favour at scale. The content is how you do it; the strategy is what you're actually mastering. As a creator who thinks like an operator, you will: * Pioneer new content formats - spot what's working, find the next viral angle, and prototype it yourself * Scale what works across the engine - scale formats across creators in markets like the US, Europe, LatAm and beyond * Help shape how the engine itself runs - program, creator and content strategy, managing those, tracking what lands and doubling down * Read the data behind virality - not heavy modelling, but knowing why something worked and what to do next Why this matters: every format you crack enables more students to have a better access to education. What success looks like: within 3-6 months you've pioneered formats/strategies and content that scaled across our creator base and measurably grew views and new students in your market. WHO YOU ARE You're passionate about reaching and influencing at heart and want more than just posting “for fun”. You get why content goes viral, not just that it does. You've made content or thought of online marketing - on your own account, for a brand, for a club, doesn't matter how big - and you're down to be on camera and put yourself out there. You are the type of person who: * Has creator instinct - you can look at a feed, spot the gap and feel what the students wants to see * Is open to create - happy to be on camera, prototype a format, make the thing rather than just describe it * Moves at startup speed and ships with urgency * Wants to operate, not just perform - you're excited to learn how formats scale, how creators are managed, how a product actually grows * Uses AI as a force multiplier - in research, scripting, editing, everything Must-haves * The willingness and eagerness to present yourself on camera to show creators how its done * Previous experience in content creation, high-growth startup, or similar projects * Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels / Shorts and what makes teenagers stop scrolling * Scrappy, fast, and hungry - you'd rather ship and learn than wait and polish * Fluent English (any additional language is a big plus) * Based in or able to relocate to Berlin, in-office 5 days/week One thing we do want: either a strong degree OR a real track record as a creator / in content. Set during the turbulent era of tenth-century China, you take on the role of a young sword master, uncovering forgotten truths and the mysteries of your own identity. About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Content Intern to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will support social media content planning, trend monitoring, and community-focused initiatives across key platforms including X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and Reddit. You will work closely with the User Growth team to identify emerging trends, explore content opportunities, and help develop engaging social media campaigns that resonate with gaming audiences worldwide. Responsibilities Social Media Trend Monitoring * Monitor social media platforms including X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and Discord to identify emerging trends, viral content formats, and relevant gaming conversations. * Track platform updates, creator activities, and audience interests within gaming communities. Content Research & Ideation * Support content planning by researching social media trends, gaming culture, internet memes, and entertainment topics. * Assist in brainstorming content ideas and campaign concepts tailored for gaming audiences. * Identify timely opportunities to connect game content with broader social media conversations. Influencer & Community Research * Research gaming creators, influencers, streamers, and community trends across English Community. * Monitor competitor and industry social channels to identify best practices and content opportunities. * Support influencer and community-related initiatives as needed. Social Media Operations * Assist with content calendar management, publishing coordination, and campaign tracking. * Support the preparation of social media copy, screenshots, and other platform assets. * Help collect and organize performance data from social media campaigns. * Support the development and execution of localized social media initiatives for English-speaking audiences, ensuring content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with community interests. * Review social content and community communications from a cultural sensitivity perspective, helping ensure messaging is appropriate and well received by audiences. Performance Analysis * Monitor content performance and engagement metrics. * Assist in preparing reports and identifying content trends, audience preferences, and optimization opportunities. Requirements * Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, Social Sciences or a related field. * Passion for video games, with a strong interest in action RPGs, open-world games, and online gaming communities. Familiarity with Where Winds Meet or the Wuxia genre is highly desirable. * Active user of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, and X (Twitter). * Strong understanding of English-speaking social media culture, internet trends, memes, and platform-specific content formats. * Demonstrates cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with global gaming communities and creating content for diverse audiences. * Strong awareness of gaming creators, influencers, streamers, and the broader gaming content ecosystem in English Community. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. * Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. * Proficient in Chinese is highly preferred as the position will have cross team working with game development in China.

It is leveraging a unique game portfolio as well as exclusive games crafted for Blitz to engage users in a fun and rewarding way. ROLE As an Influencer Content Associate intern for Blitz, you will play a key role in building and managing our influencer strategy to produce authentic, high-performing video content. Your responsibilities will include: * Creating engaging content that resonates with US & international audiences * Taking ownership of influencer operations, from identifying trends to executing campaigns that drive user engagement and growth. * Managing and growing a network of 100+ influencers across micro, macro, and mega creator tiers, building and maintaining strong relationships at scale. * Sourcing and discovering top-performing content across social media platforms, staying ahead of social trends and competitor strategies. * Experimenting with viral marketing tactics, testing unconventional approaches to maximize organic reach and engagement. * Developing creative briefs that align with Blitz's brand identity and overseeing execution by your network of creators. * Engaging and contracting creators, ensuring all agreements are properly formalized. * Assisting with video production and editing when necessary to ensure quality and vision are met. * Tracking and analyzing content performance, building a CRM database of creators, and reporting on production outputs and performance metrics. * Collaborating closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams to align influencer content with Blitz-specific objectives. * Staying immersed in our target audience culture, including social media behavior, slang, trends, and platforms to ensure content remains culturally relevant. PROFILE * You are looking for your end-of-studies internship, to complete your Master's degree, coming from one of our french top schools. * You have ideally some experience managing influencers or working in content creation, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain creator relationships at scale (comfortable managing high portfolio volume). * Deep understanding of US Gen Z culture, trends, and social media behavior is required. Native-level cultural fluency with the US market is strongly preferred (e.g., through lived experience, extended time in the US, or deep professional immersion in US-focused content). * Curious and experimental mindset, always exploring viral marketing tactics and growth hacks to amplify reach and engagement. * Content creation experience is a strong plus, we're looking for someone who understands content from a creator's perspective. * Experience working with marketing artists, video artists, or content creators is preferred. * Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to track performance and optimize strategy. * Creative and entrepreneurial, with a proactive approach to discovering new trends and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. * Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working across teams. * Fluent/native in English is required (fluency in French is a plus). * France-based with willingness to work partially aligned with US time zones when needed for key collaborations.
