Appiness is an AI-powered App Growth Partner turning app users into shoppers. We don’t optimize for cheap installs. We optimize for incremental post-install value. Now we are hiring the person who will help build and scale our Media Buying capability together with our Head of Supply. This role starts deeply hands-on. Shortly, you will evolve into Media Buying Lead and build the team around you. You know when scale is real — and when it is fake. Turn New Supply Into Scalable Performance Our Head of Supply will bring new SSPs, DSPs and differentiated traffic opportunities into the company. Your job is to make them work. You will: * Launch and optimize campaigns across new traffic sources * Structure testing frameworks * Validate traffic quality * Identify scalable opportunities * Build repeatable optimization logic * Turn testing into scalable growth You are the bridge between: * Supply strategy * Media buying execution * Client performance Build the Media Buying Team You will start hands-on. You will build and scale a small elite Media Buying team. You will define and lead the ML strategy, team, and delivery across this domain. The work spans traditional ML systems and emerging agentic/LLM-based capabilities. You will lead multiple ML teams through their respective team leads, reporting to the Director of AI & ML. You’ll be accountable for the people (2 ML Managers and ~10 ICs), delivery, and budget across your pillar - including vendor and infrastructure cost management. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders, combining strategic thinking, technical leadership, and organisational leadership to ensure Trainline continues to ship high-quality, scalable ML systems in production. ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our UAE team, combining strategic marketing management with hands-on event leadership. The role is divided into two main areas: 1. Event Management: Overseeing all external and internal Audiomob events (conferences, sponsorships, activation). 2. Marketing & PR Leadership: Owning the brand’s marketing strategy across social media, content, public relations, and campaign execution in MENA and global markets. This is a highly visible role that requires both creative vision and operational excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Leadership to strengthen Audiomob’s presence, manage campaigns and amplify our voice in the industry. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS * Own and manage Audiomob’s global events calendar, ensuring all key industry and internal events are well-planned and executed. * Lead end-to-end event logistics: planning, budgeting, travel arrangements and on-site coordination. * Partner with Sales, Supply and Leadership teams to identify high-impact events for participation or sponsorship. * Measure event ROI and lead post-event debriefs to identify improvements. * Coordinate with industry bodies and partners on event collaborations. SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGEMENT * Oversee Audiomob’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok), ensuring consistent tone and design. * Work closely with the head of design to produce compelling, localized content for campaigns, events, and announcements. * Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns, tracking performance and engagement. * Manage influencer or partner collaborations in gaming, adtech, or media sectors. PUBLIC RELATIONS & COMMUNICATIONS * Build and maintain relationships with press, industry partners and PR agencies. * Draft and distribute press releases, thought leadership pieces and interviews. * Coordinate Audiomob’s presence in awards, media features and speaking opportunities. * Ensure consistent brand representation in all public communications. IDEAL EXPERIENCE * 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or event management, preferably within adtech, gaming, or tech industries. * Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple channels. * Strong background in B2B marketing and event execution. * Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, HubSpot, Hootsuite). * Excellent copywriting and communication skills. * Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
