About Bluehive
Most organizations do not struggle with tools. They struggle with how work actually flows.
Too many processes, unclear ownership, and teams working next to each other instead of together.
That is where Bluehive comes in.
We help organizations bring structure into the way they work. Using platforms like Asana and monday.com, but more importantly by
designing workflows, aligning teams and making sure changes actually stick in practice.
Bluehive is part of One Productivity Group, a pan-European group focused on improving how organizations operate. Across our
brands, consulting, technology and execution come together to create better workflows, stronger collaboration and more scalable
operations.
About the role
This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure into complex environments.
As a Senior Solution Consultant, the work starts where things stop working as they should. Unclear processes, fragmented tools,
teams that are not aligned, and ways of working that no longer scale. The challenge is to make sense of that and turn it into
something that actually works.
The role combines consulting, implementation, facilitation and customer guidance. It moves between understanding how an
organization operates today, designing better workflows, leading workshops and helping teams adopt new ways of working in
practice.
It is hands-on, client-facing and focused on real impact rather than theory.
What the role involves
What makes a strong fit
What makes this role interesting
Most consulting roles lean heavily to one side. Either strategy or execution. This role sits right in between.
It involves understanding how organizations actually operate, identifying where collaboration and workflows break down, and
helping turn that into something that works in practice.
The impact is visible. Not in reports, but in how teams collaborate, how decisions are made and how work moves forward day to day.

You guide prospects through that journey, from first conversation to closing, by combining commercial drive with a strong understanding of customer needs. The role sits at the intersection of business development, consultative sales and organizational improvement. You work closely with SDRs, consultants and solution colleagues to shape opportunities, build trust with stakeholders and help customers move confidently toward the right decision.
