We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow the Wolt Market business in Cyprus.
As a Country Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of Wolt Market in the country, owning the local P&L and
driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will lead the local organization across commercial,
operations, and supply chain functions, ensuring strong execution and a consistently high standard of customer experience.

For candidates based in Malta, the total target compensation for this role is €6020 – €7525 gross per month. The successful
candidate's starting compensation will be determined based on several job-related factors, including skills, experience,
qualifications, work location, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation, eligible employees may participate in the
company's equity program. The annual equity grant for this role is expected to be valued between USD 52,300 and USD 65,300,
subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements. Equity awards are granted as part of a four-year vesting program.

People across Greece can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed. As a Wolt Market Area Manager you have ownership of supporting a team of 6-8 Store Managers and Store Team Leads and together running a world-class grocery delivery operation. You are leading everything related to how operations take place and are responsible for finding and setting up targets, optimizing store layout, improving picking and packing costs, ensuring a great user experience and providing leadership to a team of store leaders and grocery associates. Four key areas that you’ll always focus on are the safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of your operation. In this role, you’ll get a lot of help and support on the way, but are also expected to be an amazing independent manager with an exceptional ability to execute every single day. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Responsible for the end to end store operations, from fulfillment to delivery in a group of our stores. * Focus on the continuous improvement of our operations. Key focus areas include: safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity. * Maintaining an ambitious and motivated team is one of your main responsibilities, while you also hire and train new store leaders. * Provide day to day leadership and guidance to store leaders and associates to optimize store operations and guarantee operational excellence. * Drive the creation of shift schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other change initiatives to support and enable store leaders to meet and exceed business targets. * Review the demand forecasts and determine your productivity requirements to meet the overall store/country objectives. * Develop optimal store operations in your country together with the Operations Manager and other members of your team. Examples of your areas of responsibility could be workforce management, people compliance, collaboration with inventory and commercial teams, product initiatives and feedback. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS * Operations management experience in retail, distribution or platform economy environments. * Great analytical skills. Excel skills are a strong recommendation. * Experience of leading teams in stores or in a similar field. * Full professional proficiency in English and Greek. * Ability to think and act fast operationally with an eye for detail. * A hands-on, proactive, practical, pragmatic attitude with resiliency for changes. The Category Manager has full ownership of category performance across assigned categories. This role drives commercial results by combining strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution and supplier collaboration. The role operates fully as an individual contributor with complete ownership of assigned categories. The role collaborates closely with regional commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, best practices, and performance standards.
