Sales Support Associate

As Sales Support Associate, you will

focus on onboarding and supporting new venues, ensuring a seamless setup and smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also assist

Account Managers with administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, and provide training and guidance to partners.

What you’ll be doing​ Day-to-day in this role you’ll:​

• Train partner venues on how

to use Wolt’s tools and equipment effectively and independently

• Ensure partners meet the highest Wolt service standards

through regular quality and satisfaction checks

• Assist the Account Management team with partner-related administrative

tasks and coordination

• Respond to merchant inquiries, resolve onboarding-related issues, and ensure a seamless

experience

• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to maintain quality standards during

onboarding

• Maintain a portfolio of smaller clients
• Upsell and cross-sell to our partners

Our

humble expectations* ​

• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Are able to travel independently across Malta for

regular partner visits, including onboarding and training sessions.

• Have the charm, empathy, and honesty to build strong

relationships.

• Are comfortable working in a high-performance, high-expectation culture.
• Have experience in

customer care or other customer-facing roles.

• Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting things done and seeing them

through.

• Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English. Any additional language is

considered a plus.

• Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and confident in solving problems.
• Can adapt quickly in a

rapidly changing market.

• Have around one year of experience in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations,

executing defined workflows end to end and meeting SLAs.

• Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshoot

basic issues, and escalate effectively when needed.

The total target compensation for this role is €1574  – €1967 gross per month. The successful

candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors

including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
