We’re seeking an experienced Residential New Construction Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong rough-in and finishing skills, understands blueprint interpretation, and can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role works closely with site supervisors, builders, and team leads to ensure projects stay on schedule and exceed expectations. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber to play a vital role in apartment renovations, rehabs, and ensuring our units meet regulations and code. We're hiring an experienced Plumber in St. Louis, MO! The pay rate for this role is $32/hour with FULL benefits after 90 days of employment. As a Plumber, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems that are essential to water distribution and waste management in both residential and commercial properties. You’ll collaborate with other Service Tech II’s and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and up to the highest standards. What you’ll do: Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping systems, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters Test and troubleshoot plumbing systems to ensure everything runs smoothly Ensure all work complies with building codes and environmental regulations Be on call for plumbing emergencies (with additional pay for on-call and travel time!) What will you do: We want our Plumbers to become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them. * Complete general and specific plumbing inspections * Promote Right Time products and services on every call * Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need * Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams. * Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle * Maintain a clean and professional appearance * Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. * An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude; * The ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and co-operatively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of plumbing elements in compliance with safety regulations, policies and procedures. * Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers home * Feel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers. * Contribute to our high standards of health and safety * Effectively mentor apprentices so they become well rounded plumbers.
