A bit about the role
As an Electrician at Stegra, you’ll be part of the Electrical Maintenance team and support the daily operation of production and industrial equipment. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, and improvement work across electrical systems and machinery.
You’ll collaborate closely with operators, technicians, engineers, and other maintenance colleagues to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and operational performance in a modern industrial environment.
What you’ll do
Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, equipment, and industrial machinery.
Support daily operations by troubleshooting electrical and technical issues to minimize downtime.
Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure safe and reliable production.
Collaborate with operators, technicians, and other departments to improve equipment performance and operational efficiency.
Participate in inspections, fault finding, and continuous improvement activities.
Install, inspect, and replace electrical components when needed.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Follow established maintenance routines, safety procedures, and company standards.
What you’ll bring
Experience working as an electrician in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
Practical knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
Experience working with industrial automation, motors, drives, or control systems is considered an advantage.
Relevant vocational education within electrical systems, industrial electricity, or a related technical field — or equivalent practical experience.
Good understanding of workplace safety standards and safe electrical maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Willingness to work shifts when required.
Good knowledge of English; Swedish is a plus.

As a Process Operator in the briquetting section of the DRI Plant you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the briquetting process. Your responsibility is to monitor, control, and optimize production to ensure continuous operations and high-quality Hot Briquetted Iron (HBI). What you’ll do: Actively contribute to a safe work environment by following and promoting safety protocols and participating in process control improvements. Ensure briquetting process meets quality specifications and operational parameters for HBI production. Monitor, inspect, and maintain briquette machines, conveyors (metal and rubber), dust collection systems, and related equipment. Perform field operations, including starting and stopping briquette machines and carrying out roll-in, roll-out operations. Use control systems and safety tools such as Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Lockout/Tagout/Tryout (LOTOTO) systems. What you’ll bring: Experience in DRI plant briquette operations, including troubleshooting and problem-solving. Preferably hands-on experience in hot or cold briquetting processes. Experience working with conveyors, dust collection systems, and relevant mechanical equipment. Familiarity with operating in a safety-driven industrial environment using PPE correctly. High school diploma in a relevant field or equivalent education preferred. All relevant certificates required to perform the job. Oral and written proficiency in English is required; Swedish is considered an advantage. Join Our Team at Kronen Substrates! Kronen Substrates is a modern and growing company specializing in professional substrate production. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and committed The production process involves several highly automated stages, combining material processing, dosing, mixing, packaging, and palletizing technologies. Raw materials are processed through a range of milling equipment with installed motor capacities from 10 kW up to 150 kW. The milled materials are then screened into different fractions using various types of star screens to achieve the required particle size distribution. An automated mixing line uses laser volume control sensors and weighing systems for the precise dosing of fertilizers, lime, and other additives. The mixing system has a capacity of up to 240 m³/h and is fully controlled by PC-based automation. All drives throughout the process are equipped with frequency inverters, allowing precise control and optimization of production parameters. The finished product is packaged on four packaging lines. 2 FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines produce bags ranging from 5 to 70 litres, with capacities of up to 28 bags per minute per line. In addition, two small bale presses produce 200-litre bales. Finished products are handled by two automated palletizers for bagged products and one robotic palletizing system for small bales. The palletized products are then secured using a Lachenmeier stretch hood system, ensuring stable and reliable transport packaging. The company is still investing and modernizing the lines and equipment all the time.
