About the role as a Quality Specialist As a Quality Specialist, you will support a specific part of the production team within the project. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership of quality matters and build and implement processes to ensure that we meet the highest standards. You will work both strategically and operationally to ensure that quality standards are followed across all construction phases. You will drive quality improvements by analyzing the results of quality reviews and developing improvement proposals. Your work will involve both internal quality assurance and external audits. STS Group is an international engineering contractor, with projects all across Europe. The Opportunity As our next Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all project documentation across our project, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and accessible to the project team. You will support the technical and site teams by controlling drawings, submittals, and records, helping the project meet its objectives safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality. About the Role – Quality Manager As our Quality Manager, you will be a key member of the project team and serve as the daily point of contact for all quality-related matters. You will work closely with the production organization and ensure that our management system is used effectively to create value and improve project performance. Proven experience in quality management within construction projects, including the implementation and monitoring of quality management systems. In-depth knowledge of the entire construction process, including design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Extensive experience conducting and managing internal and external quality audits. Experience working in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management frameworks. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and train others on complex topics. Experience working in large-scale projects or organizations is considered a strong advantage.
