Role
The Site Manager / Foreman will be responsible for a worksite or site area, ensuring that work is carried out according to cost, time, quality, safety and environmental objectives.
Main tasks
Manage the worksite or assigned site area according to project objectives.
Coordinate daily site activities and production teams.
Define construction methods and work planning together with management and design teams.
Optimize workforce, materials and equipment to meet cost, time, quality, safety and environmental targets.
Prepare, communicate and follow up roadmaps for Team Leaders.
Monitor workforce reports and production progress.
Lead production teams with the support of Team Leaders.
Support practical on-the-job training for site workers.
Provide safety briefings and training at workstations.
Carry out regular checks to ensure quality and conformity of works.
Prepare control sheets and non-conformity reports when required.
Ensure health, safety and environmental rules are followed on site.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, civil engineering or site supervision is required.
Previous experience as a Site Manager, Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar role.
Strong experience managing production teams on construction sites.
Ability to plan work, follow production targets and coordinate resources.
Good knowledge of safety, quality and environmental rules.
Ability to work with management, design offices and site teams.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Basic English or French is required.
We are looking for a Team Leader for a construction project in Sweden. This position is open only to EU citizens or candidates who already hold a valid Swedish work permit. Work permits from other EU countries are not valid for working in Sweden. Follow the daily production plan agreed with the Site Manager. Meet daily targets or report any delays or issues. Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available. Organize the work of each team member and support training on site. Ensure safety, quality, and productivity rules are followed. Carry out or supervise tracing/setting-out works. Check the quality and conformity of completed works. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction. Experience as a Team Leader, Foreman, or similar role. CAP/BEP Building qualification or similar certification is desirable. EU citizenship or valid Swedish work permit required.

Main tasks Read and follow instructions, drawings and work plans. Check that materials, tools and equipment are suitable for the work. Maintain and check tools, equipment and completed installations. Keep the workstation clean and organized. Follow health, safety, quality and environmental rules. Report any issues, defects or dangerous situations. Shape and prepare wooden parts for construction or interior fitting. Install partitions, linings and false ceilings. Carry out insulation and interior fitting works. Create or adapt carpentry installations. Restore existing wooden structures when needed. Check the quality of completed work. Requirements Training in carpentry, woodwork, construction or interior fitting is desirable. CAP/BEP, BAC or equivalent qualification is desirable. Beginner or experienced profiles can be considered. CIVIL/UG FIELD ENGINEER Location: Boden, SE Rotation: 6/2 (Accommodation provided) Start Date: ASAP Contract duration: initial 12 months, with possible extension Project: Green steel project site We are looking for a CSA/UG Field Engineer they will act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and share their conceptual and practical expertise related to the Civil and Underground Piping discipline. They solve complex problems and use discipline-specific knowledge to improve their products or services. The CSA/UG Field Engineer impacts a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities with the site team and other related teams and ensures that they work within the appropriate guidelines and policies. Role & Responsibilities Acts as experience field engineer at the construction site in Boden, Sweden. Solves technical queries independently. Lead technical discussions with site personnel and subcontractors. Apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations. Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses, including design reports and procedures. Manage own time to meet agreed deadlines and budgets and develop plans for short-term work activities in own area. Communicate and explain complex issues and work to establish understanding. Initiate interface with other disciplines to obtain input for discipline designs. Understands details and layouts of all underground services. Understands hydraulic analyses and reports on calculations of underground piping designs Prepares Project Engineering guides for UG work. Coordinates and checks the work of UG engineers and designers Provide engineering support as required. Perform engineering checks of drafting. Perform engineering checks prepared by others within the discipline. Prepare MTOs of foundations and structures. Prepare specifications of Civil and Underground Piping. Prepare subcontract documents. Review vendor data. Prepare technical bid evaluations. Check designs for operational requirements, constructability, and maintainability. Tasks as Engineering Specialist, in addition: Perform independent computer analyses of foundations and structures. Prepare details and layouts of foundations and structures. Prepare structural analyses and reports on calculations or perform specialist tasks (i.e., architectural designs, underground piping designs, complex foundations/structures, weight control reports, the centre of gravity reports) Become specialized in several fields (geotechnical, steel, concrete, dynamic calculations, FEM, fatigue calculations, earthquake, blast, architectural). Become specialized in some design codes (EC, ACI/AISC/API, GOST). Prepare project engineering guides Experience and QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in engineering. 5-12 years in Oil and Gas with a major contractor or consultant, predominantly performing detail design. Strong working knowledge of many design techniques and analysis methods, and detailed knowledge of the content and application of standards codes and guidelines as applicable. Seasoned knowledge of engineering standards and specifications. Good knowledge of engineering software. Able to work independently. Good working knowledge of English, both oral and written. HSE, TQM, and cost-conscious. Good technical structural knowledge. Good organizer, motivator, and supervisor. Keen on improving the effectiveness of the work.
