(Segundo semestre del 2026) Estudiante de derecho (8vo semestre en adelante), con disponibilidad de tiempo completo y para firmar contrato de aprendizaje. (Tu universidad debe tener convenio con el SENA). Contrato especial de aprendizaje a término fijo por 6 meses. COP $1'750.905 Responsibilidades: * Apoyar en la revisión y redacción de documentos legales. * Ayudar en la gestión de contratos y otros procesos administrativos. * Colaborar con el equipo legal para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo. * Participar en reuniones y brindar soporte en proyectos legales. * Levantamiento de información y reportería DANE * Trámites legales ante entidades administrativas (CCB, Notarías, entre otras). * Patinaje virtual SIC y control de estado de procesos. Join us in helping companies and people communicate in more meaningful ways to make life-changing decisions together.👫 We are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team in Stockholm KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Contributing to our business goals by providing the business with proactive, clear, and relevant legal advice. * Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various types of agreements including SaaS, supplier/vendor, partnership, reseller, data processing and DORA agreements, including providing public procurement RFP support. * Managing the impact of GDPR, EU AI Act and other European and global regulatory frameworks, including impact on product features. * Researching into specific legal topics, for example multi-national regulatory regimes. * Monitoring updates in legislation or directives that may be relevant to our business * Establishing efficient and high-quality workflows (for KM and AI use) based on business needs. WHO ARE YOU? * Qualified lawyer with +3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or at a technology-focused firm/department. * Fluent in Swedish and English, bonus if you speak French (or other third language). * Eager to learn, researching and compiling information about legal topics. * Able to prioritise a high volume of parallel tasks, ranging from detailed to strategic, without losing quality or composure under commercial pressure. * Able to switch between detailed focus and business overview. * Clear, direct communicator who can explain complex legal issues clearly and relevantly across different parts of the organization (Sales, Marketing, CSM, Product etc). * A true team player, happy pull your weight in a small and supportive team, without constant supervision. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Supporting the General Counsel in delivering legal services across the region, building strong relationships and making legal support accessible and constructive * Managing, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, helping teams achieve their goals while maintaining clarity and high standards * Carrying out legal research across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia, sharing insights that help the business anticipate risks and opportunities * Planning and conducting risk assessments, offering balanced, practical solutions that help the organisation move forward with confidence * Advising on regulatory, compliance and governance matters, supporting ethical decision‑making * Creating and delivering training, policies and procedures that empower colleagues * Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and communicating changes clearly so teams feel supported and prepared * Managing internal legal communications and intranet content, ensuring information is easy to understand and genuinely helpful WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent European qualification) * Fluent in English * 3–5 years’ experience, including in‑house * Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA experience a bonus) * Exposure to at least two of the following areas of law: contract, competition, data protection, advertising, consumer rights, product safety, modern slavery/forced labour, anti‑bribery, copyright, AI/emerging technology * Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively * Confidence working independently while knowing when to seek input * A supportive, approachable style — someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and helps create an environment where colleagues feel comfortable asking questions * A solutions‑focused mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge WHY WORK WITH US?
