We’re looking for an exceptional bilingual Customer Experience Specialist (German & English) to join our Global superstar team at
Too Good To Go.
Please note that this role is 100% remote within Portugal, with a fixed working schedule of Saturday through Wednesday, and is
offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract.
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the face for our users and partners and turn them into
ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste
and to become part of the movement.
