Place of work Bratislava, Slovakia OR Remote from Slovakia   Wage (gross) 1 200 EUR/MONTH plus bonuses INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF? * You are a competent and committed contact partner and service provider for our French-speaking customers (only inbound) via phone and e-mail (phone communication - 90%). * You advise and support our customers regarding our product portfolio, orders and returns process. * You are the first-level contact and you edit customer inquiries for the Back Office. * You manage consumer marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon etc. * You are responsible for the post-processing and documentation of customer inquiries * You cooperate with internal departments. Klarstein, elsősorban márkák és konyhai készülékek!   Fizetés: 1050 €-tól havonta a teljes munkaidős (TPP) bruttó alapbér plusz változó összetevők.   INFORMÁCIÓ A POZÍCIÓRÓL   MI LESZ A FELADATA?   Az Ön felelőssége: * Kompetens és elkötelezett kapcsolattartó és szolgáltató magyar nyelvű ügyfeleink számára (csak bejövő) telefonon és e-mailen keresztül. * Tanácsot ad és támogatja ügyfeleinket a termékportfóliónkkal, a rendelésekkel és a visszaküldési folyamattal kapcsolatban. * Ön az első szintű kapcsolattartó (First Level Support), és Ön szerkeszti az ügyfélkérdéseket a Back Office számára. * Ön felelős az ügyfélkérdések utólagos feldolgozásáért és dokumentálásáért. * Együttműködik a belső szervezeti egységekkel.
