What you will do * Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in LATAM is growing and thriving. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships. * Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals. * Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies. * Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings. *Bilingual Spanish-speaking position. This is a field sales opportunity based out of a personal home office. You must live local to San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate. Toast creates technology to help restaurants and local businesses succeed in a digital world, helping business owners operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. As a Strategic Cuisines District Sales Manager, you are pivotal to the growth of the Toast brand in your district. You will report into a Regional Vice President and will hire, build, and coach a team of Strategic Cuisines Territory Account Executives who are transforming the way restaurants operate. You’ll work closely with your sales team on how to understand restaurants’ unique needs and develop customized solutions that help their businesses thrive. You will also be working with the Director and GVP directly on helping Toast size and scope the opportunity for Toast in these markets as we accelerate our go-to-market motion. Total Targeted Cash for this role includes base salary, commission, and bonus (if eligible). This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location. In addition to cash compensation, our total rewards components include benefits and equity (if eligible). YOUR ROLE * Scale the content engine with full ownership over PR, content, and partnership strategy, working directly with the Head of Marketing, VP Commercial, and Co-Founders — with the opportunity to grow your own team over time. * Drive thought leadership in private markets and institutional investing through high-impact content pieces and punctual PR launches following an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy. * Define and grow our partnership strategy with key players in the VC/PE ecosystem. * Build, mentor, and collaborate with a growing marketing team and work hand-in-hand with the commercial engine — consisting of a Growth Marketing Manager, Marketing Associate, network of freelancers and 10+ Account Executives. * Analyse content performance across channels, producing content analytics with clear benchmarks for engagement and conversion, and using insights to refine strategy.
