vendas, desde a identificação de oportunidades até o fechamento de contratos. Seu papel será fundamental para garantir a ampliação
da nossa base de clientes varejistas para que obtenham o máximo retorno sobre o investimento e promovendo sua satisfação.
Você colaborará de forma integrada com diversas equipes internas, equipes de atendimento e sucesso dos varejistas clientes VTEX, e
parceiros externos, incluindo agências e marcas. Internamente, trabalhará em conjunto com as áreas de Growth e tecnologia,
interagindo com stakeholders de diferentes níveis e perfis. Externamente, manterá um contato constante com anunciantes e agências,
promovendo o VTEX Ads no mercado e trazendo novas oportunidades.
Além disso, você colaborará com a equipe de Operações para criar estratégias proativas que ampliem nosso orçamento com anunciantes

ABOUT THE ROLE As a Staff Product Manager for Ads, you will play a key role in shaping VTEX’s Retail Media and Ads platform, helping build a scalable media hub that enables brands and industries to activate 360° media strategies directly within commerce experiences. This role focuses on Onsite Ads, where VTEX operates as a media buying engine, connecting advertisers, retailers, and shoppers across high-impact commerce touchpoints. You will lead the product vision and execution for a domain that already serves major global brands. With a strong focus on stakeholder management, strategy, and execution, you will ensure the Ads product evolves toward a 2026 vision, balancing short-term performance needs with long-term platform scalability — including the impact of LLMs and AI on the ads and retail media ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Own and evolve the Onsite Ads product, acting as the guardian of its long-term vision and ensuring alignment with VTEX’s revenue and growth strategy. * Define and execute the product roadmap for the next 6–12 months, while shaping a clear and scalable 2026 vision for Retail Media at VTEX. * Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product priorities, ensuring visibility and alignment across Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams. * Work closely with advertisers, retailers, and internal stakeholders to balance performance, campaign needs, and platform evolution. * Partner with Engineering to deliver high-impact solutions, leveraging your technical background and understanding of ads and media systems. * Collaborate with Customer Success to improve how clients engage with the Ads product, clarifying ownership, flows, and expectations around product-related topics. * Evaluate and incorporate the impact of AI and LLMs on ads performance, campaign optimization, and media buying workflows. * Support internal team evolution, including collaboration with future PM roles. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Account Executive focused on the VTEX CX Platform, you will own the full sales cycle, combining strong commercial acumen with technical expertise to position the platform as the best solution for each client’s needs. In this role, you will act as both a trusted advisor and deal owner: deeply understanding client challenges, translating them into tailored solutions using the VTEX CX Platform, leading product presentations and demos, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring a seamless handoff to the implementation team. Your ultimate goal is to drive revenue growth by building long-term relationships, clearly articulating the value of the VTEX CX Platform, and closing strategic, high-impact deals. WHAT YOU WILL DO * End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership: Lead the sales process — from discovery, and demos to proposal, negotiation, and contract signature. * Discovery and Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to uncover challenges, map business processes, and position the VTEX CX Platform as the right solution. * Solution Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive demos and presentations that connect technical capabilities to business outcomes. * Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare and present commercial proposals, manage RFPs, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals. * Value Communication: Clearly articulate ROI and business impact, adapting the message for both technical and executive audiences. * Account Growth: Build and nurture long-term relationships, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. * Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and post-sales teams to ensure alignment and a seamless client experience. ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Leader - System Integrators is responsible for building, maintaining and scaling VTEX's strategic Channel ecosystem across the United States. This role will develop relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators, Digital Agencies, Technology Partners, Selected ISVs and Consulting Firms to create sustainable revenue growth through joint go-to-market initiatives. As a strategic Individual Contributor, you'll identify new partnership opportunities, enable partners to successfully position VTEX, and drive channel-sourced and channel-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Solution Engineering, Product, and Commerce Engineering teams. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong commercial acumen, executive relationship management, and experience building successful enterprise partnerships within the SaaS ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Develop and execute the US channel strategy aligned with VTEX's commercial objectives. * Recruit, onboard, and grow strategic System Integrators, Agencies, and Technology Partners. * Build executive relationships with partner leadership teams. * Drive channel-sourced and channel-influenced revenue across the US region. * Create and execute joint business plans, GTM initiatives, co-selling motions, and marketing activities. * Enable partners through training, certifications, business planning, and sales engagement. * Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to identify opportunities where partners can accelerate enterprise deals. * Work alongside Marketing to execute joint events, webinars, campaigns, and field initiatives. * Monitor channel performance through pipeline, bookings, certifications, and engagement metrics. * Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting. * Represent VTEX at partner events, conferences, executive briefings, and customer meetings. * Act as the voice of partners internally, providing feedback to Product, Commerce Engineers, and Leadership teams. WHO YOU ARE * You are based in the NYC or Miami area, and willing to attend the office 4 days per week. * You have 6+ years of experience in Channel Management, Channel Sales, Alliances, or Business Development within Enterprise SaaS, preferable Commerce. * You have a Sales Mindsight and understand the impact of Channels, mainly SIs in the pipeline strategy. * You have successfully managed relationships with Global System Integrators, Digital Agencies, or Technology Partners. * You understand enterprise software buying cycles and channel-led sales motions. * You have a strong track record of driving measurable channel-sourced revenue. * You excel at influencing without authority across multiple internal and external stakeholders. * You are strategic but equally comfortable executing tactical initiatives. * You possess excellent executive communication and presentation skills. * You are highly analytical and experienced managing forecasts, KPIs, and channel business plans. * Experience in Digital Commerce or Retail Technology is highly preferred. * Hubspot experience is a plus. * Willingness to travel for partner meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
