Som CRM Manager har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och förverkliga Svea Solars lifecycle- och CRM-strategi. Du
säkerställer att våra kunder får relevant, värdeskapande kommunikation genom hela kundresan – från onboarding till lojalitet,
rekommendationer och nya affärsmöjligheter.
Det här är en roll för dig som trivs med att kombinera strategi, analys och operativt genomförande. Du är inte bara den som
definierar kundresorna – du bygger, lanserar, analyserar och optimerar dem själv. Du blir en nyckelperson i arbetet med att stärka
kundupplevelsen, öka kundvärdet över tid och skapa tillväxt i vår befintliga kundbas.
