As a C++ Unreal Software Engineer, you'll help develop and maintain innovative graphics solutions for sports broadcasting, working
across Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and real-time rendering technologies. You'll contribute to new features,
improve existing systems, investigate issues, and work closely with experienced engineers to build reliable, scalable software.
Software Development: Design, develop and maintain Unreal Engine applications using modern C++ and Blueprints.
Feature Delivery: Build new functionality, enhance existing systems and contribute to the continued development of our graphics
platform.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, artists, product managers and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code, participate in peer reviews, testing and debugging to ensure reliable software.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas that improve performance, usability and maintainability while continuing to develop your
own technical knowledge.
Agile Working: Take part in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and technical discussions as part of an Agile development
team.

ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in C/C++ to join our Computer Vision team. You'll design, implement, and optimise the high-performance, real-time video analytics pipeline that powers our AI-driven safety platform. Built on the NVIDIA DeepStream SDK and GStreamer, this pipeline runs on edge hardware and orchestrates decode, batching, inference, tracking, and analytics under strict latency and throughput constraints. You'll own performance, reliability, and observability across that pipeline — from custom GStreamer plugins through to edge-to-cloud delivery.
