We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Product Manager, Core Finance to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of critical Finance technology solutions across our global enterprise ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on product leader who combines deep Finance and Accounting expertise with strong systems thinking and technical acumen to transform complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and automated solutions. As a trusted partner to Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and Business Systems teams, you will drive the evolution of our Workday Financials platform and related enterprise applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring our Finance systems are resilient, efficient, audit-ready, and capable of supporting Snowflake’s continued global growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Own the Automation and AI product strategy, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder management, and business outcomes in Finance and Accounting space TECHNICAL DELIVERY & CONFIGURATION Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Finance technology solutions across Workday Financials, related SaaS applications, and custom-built platforms. Analyze complex Finance and Accounting requirements and translate them into scalable, automated, and compliant system capabilities. Own hands-on configuration and support of Workday Financials, including Procurement, Business Assets, Intercompany, Consolidations, Allocations, Period Close, Accruals, Account Reconciliations, and Security. SECURITY ADMINISTRATION AND AUDIT COMPLIANCE Ensure Finance systems maintain the highest standards of security, governance, and compliance. Administer security roles and access controls, support SOX compliance requirements, and partner with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to maintain a strong control environment. Design solutions that balance regulatory requirements with operational efficiency. INTEGRATIONS & AUTOMATION Drive the architecture, implementation, and support of integrations across Finance systems, data platforms, and third-party applications. Design and troubleshoot integrations using Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs. Enable seamless, reliable, and scalable data movement across enterprise systems, including Snowflake and other strategic platforms. DATA-DRIVEN OPTIMIZATION Leverage reporting, analytics, and automation to improve operational effectiveness and decision-making. Develop and support Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions. Utilize data insights to identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls. Experience with SQL and Snowflake is highly desirable. SDLC EXCELLENCE Own end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, design reviews, testing strategy, deployment, and post-production support. Lead unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing efforts while maintaining comprehensive documentation to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and audit-ready. OPERATIONAL GOVERNANCE Serve as a subject matter expert for Finance systems and business processes. Support release management, impact assessments, change governance, SOX compliance, audit readiness, issue resolution, and continuous platform optimization. Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure technology investments align with organizational priorities. AI INNOVATION Partner with Finance and Technology leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement AI-driven capabilities that enhance operational efficiency, automate manual processes, improve user experience, and strengthen decision-making across the Finance organization. Develop and execute a roadmap for leveraging AI within the Finance systems landscape. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, Business Systems, or a related role supporting Finance and Accounting organizations within a large-scale enterprise environment. WORKDAY FINANCE CONFIGURATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION (MUST HAVE) Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring, administering, and supporting Workday Financials in a complex enterprise environment. Deep understanding of Finance business processes and Workday best practices. WORKDAY REPORTING & INTEGRATIONS Experience building Workday custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Proven experience supporting integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio, with working knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs. SYSTEMS & ANALYTICAL DEPTH Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Comfortable leveraging modern AI tools and technologies to accelerate productivity and innovation. FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DOMAIN EXPERTISE Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles and core Finance operations, including accounting close, reconciliations, intercompany processes, and financial controls. Experience partnering closely with Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams in a public-company or large-enterprise environment. SEC REPORTING MANAGER DUBLIN, CA AND/OR MENLO PARK FINANCE FULL-TIME We’re looking for a driven SEC Reporting Manager to manage our SEC reporting function. Reporting to the SEC Reporting Senior Manager, this key position will be responsible for the SEC reporting process, including quarter and year-end reporting, and managing the end-to-end process over equity accounting and disclosures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the preparation of SEC filings (Form 10-Q, 10-K, Proxy, etc.) including managing the review and approval process with external auditors, senior management, legal counsel, disclosure committee and audit committee. * Prepare or review quarterly financial statements. * Prepare disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with all GAAP and disclosure requirements. * Prepare earnings per share calculations. * Prepare or review monthly journal entries, accounting analyses, and reconciliations related to stock-based compensation, stock repurchases and other equity-based transactions. * Manage quarterly reporting, auditor PBC requests, and auditor reviews to ensure timely completion of quarter-end reporting activities. * Drive process improvement opportunities for financial reporting and equity accounting. * Stay up-to-date on changes to accounting standards and proactively identify potential impacts to the Company’s financial statements. * Monitor and revise procedures to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting and equity accounting. * Ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting as required by management. JOB QUALIFICATION: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting with CPA license required. * 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate financial reporting role. * Prior Public accounting / audit experience with Big 4 highly desired. * Strong background with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, XBRL tagging) required, including knowledge of SEC reporting standards. * Experience with public company stock administration and stock-based compensation expense reporting, and Workiva SEC reporting tool preferred. * Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with management and others in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a great team player. * Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem identification and remediation solutions. * Superior attention to detail. The expectation is that this person works in the Dublin, CA and/or Menlo Park office at least 3 days a week. What You'll Do * Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using technologies such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) * Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions * Provide production support for integrations, including monitoring, troubleshooting failures, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes * Develop and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, finance, IT systems) * Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and our own instance of Snowflake to enable scalable people data pipelines, reporting, and advanced analytics * Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across integrations, adhering to governance, compliance, and privacy standards * Manage integration deployments across tenants and support Workday release cycles, including impact analysis and regression testing * Create and maintain technical documentation for integrations, data mappings, and processes * Continuously identify opportunities to improve integration performance, scalability, and reliability * Promote best practices in integration design, error handling, and monitoring to ensure system stability * Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance troubleshooting and documentation OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: * 8+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience in a global environment * Strong experience with Workday integration tools including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs (SOAP/REST), Workday Extend, Orchestrate * Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services technologies * Experience with integration middleware or iPaaS solutions (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft) is a plus * Solid understanding of Workday data models, business objects, and security framework * Familiarity with HR processes, employee lifecycle data, and downstream system integrations * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex integration issues * Experience with monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and integration error handling best practices * Curiosity and experience experimenting with and building solutions using AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Workday Agents * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and attention to detail * Quick learner who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building scalable, efficient solutions * Operate with a customer service mindset, can-do attitude, and grace under pressure Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
