The Construction Project Manager – 3rd Shift will support the successful execution of construction activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role works closely with project teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and client stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and communication. The successful candidate will provide leadership during third shift operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and project delivery objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and supervise construction for facilities and construction projects. * Work with project management staff to assess field needs and safety needs. * Provide regular project updates to project team and project stakeholders (emails, photos, conference calls settings). * Provide design assistance and design review at all stages of design. * Assist with design solutions during design and programming phases. * Monitor and maintain daily logs, job photos and videos. * Schedule and attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes. * Assist with the overall project scheduling. * Schedule and conduct project job walks with team. * Coordinate trades in the field and ensure work plans are received and assessed. * Working with suppliers as required to facilitate the handling and expediting delivery of materials. * Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. * Meets daily with project crews to review the production schedule and confirm all materials, equipment and resources are readily available for production to continue schedule and within budget. * Evaluates daily schedule and budget projections to accurately track project performance. * Initiates and manages appropriate certificates, inspections, project site markups (isolation plan, LOTO points, barricade plan, material flow plan, phasing plans), and other documentation regarding construction production on the project site. * Conducts required Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) to ensure a safe and compliance work environment for all construction personnel. * Coordinates subcontractor work methods, schedule and crews as needed. * Tracks and follows up on open items - RFI's and Submittals. * Assist with and provide review of RFI's, submittals, change orders, and allowance utilizations. * Maintain strong working partnerships with general contractors and subcontractors. * Assist with change management and estimate review. * Become completely familiarized with all Project Plans and Specifications. * Preside over weekly contractor, OAC, design, and work progress meetings designed to coordinate the work. * Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. * Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner. * Assist with project closeout. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Strong construction project coordination and field management skills. * Knowledge of semiconductor or mission-critical construction environments. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment. * Strong understanding of construction documentation, drawings, and specifications. * Experience coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. * Knowledge of project scheduling and budget tracking principles. * Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout processes. * Understanding of LOTO procedures, site safety requirements, and construction compliance standards. * Strong organizational and documentation skills. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to lead meetings and provide clear project updates. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Proficiency with project reporting and construction management tools. * Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. The Area Coordinator / Construction Coordinator supports field execution activities within a designated area of a semiconductor manufacturing facility project. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, tracking progress, supporting construction planning, and ensuring alignment between engineering, construction, and commissioning teams. The position plays a critical role in maintaining schedule, safety, and quality during fast-paced, highly technical construction and startup phases. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Coordinate daily construction activities within an assigned area, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules. * Act as a field liaison between contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, and project management. * Track installation progress and provide regular updates on construction status, constraints, and risks. * Support lookahead planning (2-week / 6-week schedules) and assist in identifying potential schedule impacts. * Monitor contractor performance, manpower levels, and work sequencing within the assigned area. * Identify and escalate field issues, including design conflicts, material shortages, and installation challenges. * Assist with resolution of RFIs (Requests for Information) and coordinate with engineering teams to clarify design intent. * Participate in daily/weekly coordination meetings, safety briefings, and progress reviews. * Ensure work is performed in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. * Support system turnover and commissioning activities by coordinating punch list completion and readiness. * Maintain accurate field documentation, including daily reports, issue logs, and progress tracking tools. * Promote and enforce Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards across all site activities. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * 3–5 years of experience in construction coordination, field engineering, or similar role (internship experience considered). * Experience in industrial, high-tech, or semiconductor construction environments is a plus. * Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field coordination. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (P&IDs, layouts, electrical/mechanical plans). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication skills with both technical teams and field personnel. * Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues proactively. * Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and field coordination. * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings (P&IDs, layouts, electrical/mechanical plans). The Construction Coordinator – Tool Install will support the successful delivery of semiconductor tool installation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, safety personnel, and client stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout project execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide direct support to the Project Manager and CM Project Superintendent in the execution of semiconductor tool install projects. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. * Work onsite at the client's facility on a full-time basis, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by LotusWorks, the client, or contractors. * Serve as the primary point of contact for trade contractors regarding tool-specific construction issues. * Review design packages, identify potential issues, and ensure designs are constructible. * Collaborate with Safety Officers and Contractors to implement solutions for high-risk tasks. * Participate in QA/QC meetings, addressing issues to drive continuous improvement. * Coordinate individual and interrelated trade contractor work. * Manage the move-in and move-out process for tools and equipment. * Work in accordance with client-agreed documentation control systems. * Effectively communicate relevant project information to Management. * Contribute actively to lessons learned processes and other improvement initiatives. * Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets. * Display courtesy and sensitivity in customer interactions. * Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. * Collaborate with the team, balancing team and individual responsibilities. * Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. * Integrate changes smoothly, set goals and objectives, and work in an organized manner. * Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
