The Construction Coordinator – Tool Install will support the successful delivery of semiconductor tool installation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, trade contractors, safety personnel, and client stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout project execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project objectives while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide direct support to the Project Manager and CM Project Superintendent in the execution of semiconductor tool install projects. * Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. * Work onsite at the client's facility on a full-time basis, wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by LotusWorks, the client, or contractors. * Serve as the primary point of contact for trade contractors regarding tool-specific construction issues. * Review design packages, identify potential issues, and ensure designs are constructible. * Collaborate with Safety Officers and Contractors to implement solutions for high-risk tasks. * Participate in QA/QC meetings, addressing issues to drive continuous improvement. * Coordinate individual and interrelated trade contractor work. * Manage the move-in and move-out process for tools and equipment. * Work in accordance with client-agreed documentation control systems. * Effectively communicate relevant project information to Management. * Contribute actively to lessons learned processes and other improvement initiatives. * Pursue training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets. * Display courtesy and sensitivity in customer interactions. * Manage difficult or emotional customer situations. * Collaborate with the team, balancing team and individual responsibilities. * Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently. * Integrate changes smoothly, set goals and objectives, and work in an organized manner. * Read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Knowledge of semiconductor tool installation, construction, and startup processes. * Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, trades, and project stakeholders. * Strong understanding of construction documentation, engineering drawings, and specifications. * Experience supporting tool installation activities in high-tech manufacturing or cleanroom environments. * Familiarity with inventory control systems and project tracking software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. * Strong organizational and documentation management skills. * Ability to work effectively in schedule-driven environments. * Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage customer interactions professionally and effectively. * Commitment to maintaining safe work practices and project compliance. We are seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Field Engineer to support the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of critical facility systems within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating field construction activities, supporting system startups, ensuring quality and compliance, and serving as a key liaison between contractors, design teams, and project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting industrial, semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or mission-critical facility projects and possess a strong understanding of instrumentation, controls, automation systems, and field construction practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of instrumentation and controls installation activities across semiconductor facility projects. * Monitor field construction activities to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, design requirements, and industry standards. * Direct, coordinate, and oversee I&C subcontractor activities to ensure project schedules, quality standards, and deliverables are achieved. * Facilitate issue resolution and problem-solving between subcontractors, vendors, and project teams during construction and installation activities. * Review and validate instrumentation and controls design documents, identify potential constructability concerns, and recommend practical field solutions. * Assist in the review and evaluation of I&C submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical documentation. * Ensure approved design changes, revisions, and field modifications are properly communicated and incorporated into ongoing work. * Track procurement activities, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules for instrumentation and controls systems. * Coordinate with design engineers, consultants, inspectors, commissioning teams, and client representatives to support project execution. * Verify that all instrumentation and controls installations comply with project QA/QC requirements, applicable codes, and company standards. * Conduct field inspections and support quality audits to ensure workmanship and system performance meet project expectations. * Develop task-specific work plans, risk assessments, and safety documentation for high-risk activities, shutdowns, and system cutovers. * Support system integration activities involving Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, PLCs, and facility automation platforms. * Assist with system startup, loop checks, functional testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and turnover activities. * Support punch list resolution, documentation completion, and project closeout activities. * Maintain accurate field reports, progress updates, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle. * Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site-specific environmental, health, and safety requirements. * Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. SKILLS REQUIRED: * 2+ years of experience in instrumentation and controls, automation, electrical construction, commissioning, or industrial facility projects. * Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, industrial, or mission-critical facility projects. * Working knowledge of instrumentation, process controls, automation systems, and industrial communication networks. * Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, BMS/BAS, DCS, and related control systems. * Ability to interpret P&IDs, control schematics, wiring diagrams, construction drawings, and technical specifications. * Strong understanding of construction sequencing, field coordination, and contractor management. * Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in fast-paced construction and operational environments.
