About the role
Attain is seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Marketing to lead our B2B marketing team through our next phase of growth.
Our real-time measurement solutions, high-fidelity audiences and proprietary insights enable outcomes to increase customer
lifetime value, and our marketing efforts are the foundation of that journey. You'll lead a high-impact team to strategize the
creation and cultivation of account-based marketing initiatives, automation, branding, communication and events, as well as,
product marketing, sales enablement, demand generation and content. Our ideal candidate brings exemplary marketing expertise
within the ad-tech ecosystem, which will help continue to leverage Attain's unique positioning in the market. This is an
externally facing role: you will represent Attain at industry events and conferences, on stage and in the press, as a visible

Position Summary The Senior Vice President of Operations is a key executive leader responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction across a portfolio of approximately 65–75 senior living communities. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the SVP provides strategic leadership to Regional Vice Presidents and operational teams while fostering a culture rooted in servant leadership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This executive partners closely with leaders across Clinical, Sales & Marketing, People, Finance, Quality, Development, and Asset Management to ensure consistent execution of company strategy and achievement of organizational goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive operational leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a multi-site service organization. Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed portfolios of 65+ communities. Proven experience leading senior operational leaders and managing teams of 7–10 direct reports. Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving operational and financial performance. Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational growth initiatives. Excellent executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel extensively to support community operations. Position Summary: The Senior Vice President of Patient Access is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the organization’s patient growth engine, including Admissions, Clinical Outreach, Marketing, and Payor Strategy. This role oversees the full patient access journey to drive organizational growth, optimize referral pathways, improve payor relations, and ensure a seamless patient experience.
