Superior is looking for a Project Accountant to manage and support the financial and billing functions for our active construction
projects. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Project Operations and Finance teams, maintain timely and accurate billing
processes, and ensure project finances are tracked and reported with discipline. You’ll provide on-site support at our jobsite(s)
and help drive accuracy and consistency across our project cost controls.
This role is based on a jobsite and supports projects across Central Ohio with jobsite assignment based on business needs.

Position: Assistant Project Manager (Technology Services) Reports to: VP of Technology Services Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $65,000 - $110,000 We consider several factors when preparing a compensation package for successful candidates. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to help support our Technology Services team. The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for helping make estimation and operations more efficient and will play a key role in our management, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration functions. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Key Responsibilities * Support the Technology Services estimating team by completing takeoffs, developing Bill of Materials (BOMs), requesting quotes, and preparing bids and proposals * Manage Request for Information (RFIs) creation, submission, and integration into project documents * Support project documentation, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, and contract documents * Coordinate with vendors and suppliers throughout the project submittal process * Support the creation, submission, and management of change orders * Track project progress by maintaining contract documents and capturing jobsite photos * Monitor the project schedule and provide ongoing updates to Project Operations and Field Operations leaders * Work closely with the Foreman on the delivery of materials and equipment to the jobsite * Lead project close-out, including documentation, warranties, waivers, as-builts, and turnover materials (attic stock) * Begin developing an understanding of project finances by working closely with Project Operations and Finance leaders Your Character Traits * You’re organized, great at prioritization, and have a strong attention to detail * You’re a strong communicator, a team player, and ready to work with colleagues across our job sites and organization Your Expertise * Required: You have earned your Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related field; a Construction Management certificate; or have equivalent field or project management experience * Bonus Points: You have prior experience with low-voltage, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, or other Technology Services systems. * Bonus Points: You hold an active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification Our Benefits We offer a range of professional and personal perks that you can enjoy as a member of Superior. Position: Scheduling Intern Location: Columbus, Ohio Pay Range: $25.00 per hour Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Fall 2026 term (September – December). We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer that will support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at the Government facilities onboard NSA Naples, Italy. Qualifications to be successful in the role: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineer from an ABET-accredited program. * Minimum 5 years of professional structural civil engineering experience in code-compliant facilities design, including new construction and renovation projects. * Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Civil Engineering - Structural is desirable. * Must have a valid US driver's license.
