Din Mission Vi søger en dynamisk Business Development Manager til at drive vores danske afdeling i København mod fortsat vækst og succes. Du vil være ansvarlig for at udforme din strategi, drive kommerciel ekspertise og sikre langsigtet rentabilitet. Den ideelle kandidat er en stærk leder med en naturlig evne til at opbygge tillid og forbindelser til mennesker. Du er også ekstremt drevet, hands-on og i stand til at inspirere et high performance team. Dine Opgaver * Udvikle og implementere din salgsstrategi * Opbygge et stærkt leadgenereringssystem * Drive salg og kontinuerligt nå og overgå omsætningsmål * Når visse salgsmål er nået, vil du få ansvar for at ansætte, udvikle og lede et topklasse salgsteam * Deltage aktivt i budgetarbejde og sætte mål for organisationen * Følge KPI'er og kontinuerligt udvikle og implementere handlingsplaner for at forbedre resultaterne * Repræsentere CVX ved events, sammenkomster, konferencer osv. * Arbejde tæt sammen med og samarbejde med andre ledere * Rapportere direkte til CEO.
