DEINE ZUKÜNFTIGE ROLLE Als ERP-Spezialist (IFS Cloud) (m/w/d) sorgst du bei HomeServe für stabile, effiziente und skalierbare ERP-Prozesse über unsere SHK-Betriebe und Geschäftsbereiche hinweg. Du unterstützt unsere IFS-Cloud-Anwendungen im Tagesgeschäft, begleitest Rollouts und Weiterentwicklungen und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen aus dem Service- und Handwerksumfeld in funktionierende Systemlösungen. Damit leistest du einen zentralen Beitrag zu reibungslosen Abläufen und nachhaltigem Wachstum. Deine Aufgaben: * Du übernimmst den Level-2/3-Support für die IFS-Cloud-Module (u. a. Finance, Supply Chain, FSM, Sales, HCM) und stellst einen stabilen Systembetrieb sicher * Du analysierst und löst funktionale sowie technische Incidents und koordinierst Eskalationen mit internen IT-Teams und externen Implementierungspartnern * Du planst und begleitest ERP-Rollouts über mehrere Standorte und Geschäftseinheiten hinweg – von Fit-Gap-Analysen bis Go-Live * Du konfigurierst IFS-Module gemäß Geschäftsanforderungen und unterstützt Datenmigrationen, Tests und UAT * Du arbeitest eng mit Business Process Ownern zusammen und sorgst für klare Kommunikation zu Fortschritt, Risiken und Abhängigkeiten * Du erstellst Dokumentationen, SOPs und führst Schulungen sowie Knowledge-Transfers für Anwender durch DEIN PROFIL * Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * 3–7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Implementierung und im Support von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise IFS Cloud * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement (agil und/oder klassisch), insbesondere bei ERP-Rollouts und Systemeinführungen * Gute Kenntnisse in relevanten ERP-Modulen wie Finance, Supply Chain, FSM oder vergleichbaren Bereichen * Technisches Verständnis für SQL, Reporting, Integrationen (APIs, Middleware) und Systemanpassungen * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten ÜBER UNS HomeServe wurde vor mehr als 30 Jahren in Großbritannien gegründet und ist heute einer der weltweit führenden Dienstleister im Bereich Sanitär, Heizung und Klima (SHK) und Elektro mit einem Umsatz von ca. 100 Millionen Euro. As ERP Senior Application Specialist - Finance & Order Management, you’ll take the lead in shaping and improving our Finance and Order‑to‑Cash processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
