What You Will Do The Solution Engineer is a strategic partner to support our customers and sales teams throughout the sales process by solving a broad set of technical and business activities. This role extends beyond pre-sales into post-sales enablement, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and long-term value realization for enterprise customers. Working closely with the sales team, this role is pivotal to shaping our customer onboarding process. This role focuses on aligning technical product capabilities, consulting on all technical aspects, supporting clients through deployments, to help drive measurable value for the customer. Key Responsibilities * Lead enterprise deployment planning discussions with customer IT teams: including scalable rollout strategies across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist) environments, solution design, and security review. * Develop and present technical materials that explain think-cell’s solution, deployment model, and integration approach to technical audiences. * Translate customer requirements into scalable deployment and configuration recommendations, providing hands-on guidance throughout technical discovery, pilot setup, rollout planning, and post-deployment optimization * Manage inquiries related to data security and compliance for a Software as a Service product * Adjust XML Style Files to reflect customer PowerPoint design guidelines (configuration work). * Generate product presentations and provide tailored demonstrations of the product to customers, drawing on extensive think-cell product feature expertise. * Educate and assist sales teams, working in tandem with product management and sales enablement. You will be great for this position if you * Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant field (i.e. Business Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering) * 2- 6 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, Product Specialist supporting sales in SaaS or similar roles, with stakeholder management experience. Or hands-on enterprise software deployment experience (IT support, application deployment, Windows administration) * Computer Science or Information Systems background, including XML, security, and deployment across Windows (Intune/SCCM/GPO) and macOS (JAMF/plist) * Skilled at developing captivating PowerPoint presentations. * Confident, polished communicator capable of simplifying complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences during technical customer demos and deployments. * Consultative and curious mindset in approach to problem-solving. For this role, we anticipate paying in the range of 85-120k USD per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
