TEAM You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to one of our most promising prototype in scale. ROLE We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Game Designer who is deeply passionate about RPG/midcore games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation. * Define a clear, cohesive design pipeline * Pitch and implement big features to the team, deconstructing them into smaller components * Own game balancing, pace, feel * Always back up your ideas with available data points * Ability to deconstruct and analyze mobile games mechanics * Get involved in all aspects of game development: UI, UX, Game Design, logic, performance, etc. * Fine-tune game balancing, pacing, and feel * Benchmark the market to stay on top of new trends * Understanding of models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior * Proficiency in Unity a huge plus * Familiarity with Figma or similar visual collaboration software * Able to create a playable prototype individually as well as within a team PROFILE * At least 5 years of professional experience in Game Development and at least 3 years as a game designer * Experience working on mobile games, F2P or RPG * Experience in designing LiveOps for a live product is a huge plus * Creative and hacker mindset * Good sense of gameplay experience, and special attention to detail * Communication skills in English, both written and verbal * Knowledge of casual games * Deep collaboration mindset, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive mindset towards receiving, acting on, and giving feedback * Accountability, independence, and responsibility when given ownership over your work * An eagerness to learn new ways to perform your tasks in a more efficient way, and to improve yourself day after day BENEFITS: * Competitive salary * Premium healthcare (SideCare) for you and your family 100% borne by Voodoo * Swile Lunch voucher * Gymlib (100% borne by Voodoo) * Wellness activities in our Paris office * Child daycare facilities (Les Petits Chaperons rouges)
