The Finance PMO & Enablement team is the connective tissue of MongoDB's CFO organisation — enabling teams across Finance to deliver strategic, scalable impact. We collaborate across FinOps (Accounting, FP&A, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Corporate/Venture Development, and Business Operations) to drive scalable processes, operational efficiency, and transformative outcomes. THE ROLE As a Program Manager within the Finance PMO & Enablement team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Finance transformation programs of small to medium scale and complexity.
