KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the Gym and Wellness facilities * Conduct periodic checks and upkeep of Changing Rooms and Washrooms during operational hours * Ensure gym equipment areas, lockers, mirrors, and common spaces are maintained at all times * Replenish towels, guest supplies, toiletries, and amenities as required * Coordinate with the operational team to ensure guest readiness and smooth daily functioning * Report maintenance concerns or damages to the concerned department promptly * Follow all hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs * Support the team in maintaining a welcoming and premium environment for members and guests CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in Housekeeping or facility operations preferred * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in rotational shifts * Positive attitude and team-oriented approach * Attention to detail and commitment towards cleanliness standards

Responsibilities * Clean and prepare guest rooms, including beds, dusting, vacuuming and sanitizing areas * Ensure all linens, towels and amenities are presented perfectly and replaced as needed * Personalise the member’s experience by adhering to Soho House standards for room setup and ambiance, including specific arrangements for lightning, amenities, and signature scents  * Sanitize bathrooms, including cleaning sinks, toilets, showers and mirrors * Stock and arrange toiletries according to Soho House guidelines * Collect, wash, dry, fold and return clothing items exclusively for member guests * Report any repairs or maintenance needs to responsible manager ensuring we uphold exceptional service standards * Ensure all areas are presentable and meet House standards * Provide friendly and professional service when interacting with Members What we are looking for – Housekeeping Attendant * Team player who communicates well with all colleagues * Punctual, reliable and trustworthy * Yes, yes, yes mentality * Can do attitude * Previous experience within hospitality * Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance * Customer-oriented and friendly * Attention to detail and a structured way of working * Good English language skills
