As a Process Engineer (gn), you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and continuously improving existing machinery and
production processes. Drawing on your experience in manufacturing operations and production workflows, you will play a key role in

YOUR MISSION
You analyze and optimize existing machinery and production processes and implement new TPM standards directly within the
operational environment
You develop safety concepts based on risk analyses and ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental
regulations
You initiate continuous improvement processes (CIP), conduct Kaizen and root cause analyses, and monitor machine performance
through data analysis
You design new production workflows for product launches, select appropriate equipment, and manage technical projects
independently
You train operators and machine workers on TPM standards and collaborate with the production team to develop concepts for
autonomous maintenance
You serve as a key interface between Production, Engineering, and QA, and conduct internal technical audits to optimize
processes
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
You hold a degree in a technical field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology) or possess a
comparable qualification
You bring a strong passion for process improvement and have experience in analyzing complex workflows to optimize resources
You have sound knowledge of common methodologies such as Lean Management, TPM, or Kaizen, and enjoy implementing them in a
dynamic environment
You are characterized by a persistent, solution-oriented mindset and proactively challenge existing approaches to drive
production performance
You are a team player who values close collaboration with various departments, from Quality Assurance to machine operators
You are a confident communicator at all levels and possess fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken

As a Project Engineer (gn) – Food Industry, you will be responsible for independently planning, managing and delivering investment
and optimization projects across our production and packaging operations. You have experience in technical project management and

YOUR MISSION
* You independently lead investment and optimization projects across our production and packaging operations – from the initial
concept through to successful handover to operations
* You plan and implement new production and packaging lines, develop project concepts and business cases, and deliver capacity
expansion projects as well as plant modifications
* You analyze existing production processes, identify optimization opportunities and implement initiatives to improve
productivity, automation, OEE and overall equipment availability
* You prepare technical specifications and requirement documents, conduct feasibility and economic assessments, and support the
selection and layout of new equipment and production lines
* You coordinate external engineering partners and collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain,
Procurement and Controlling to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
* You support equipment commissioning and production ramp-ups, train operations and maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with
quality, food safety, health & safety and environmental standards
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
* You hold a degree in Process Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable
technical qualification
* You have several years of experience in technical project management, ideally within the food, beverage or FMCG industry
* You have experience with production and packaging equipment, CAPEX and investment projects, as well as knowledge of plant
engineering, automation and process optimization
* You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as project management tools such as MS Project
or Primavera; experience with SAP and CAD/layout software is considered an advantage
* You stand out through your initiative, hands-on mentality, structured and analytical way of working, entrepreneurial mindset,
cost awareness and strong problem-solving skills
* You communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders and are able to successfully manage multiple projects
simultaneously

VAD ROLLEN INNEBÄR
Som Process Engineer på ALTEN kommer du att ingå i ett team som stöttar och utvecklar formulerings-, fyllnings- och förpackningsprocesser för biologiska läkemedel. Du kommer att arbeta med teknisk support, avvikelsehantering och kontinuerliga förbättringar i en GMP-reglerad miljö. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med tillverkning, automation, kvalitet och teknik för att säkerställa stabila och effektiva processer.
Stödja och förbättra formulering och aseptisk fyllning av biologiska läkemedel.
Utreda och lösa processrelaterade problem med strukturerad felsökning och rotorsaksanalys.
Genomföra och utvärdera förbättringsprojekt för att öka kvalitet, utbyte och kostnadseffektivitet.
Samarbeta tvärfunktionellt med olika avdelningar för att säkerställa smidiga produktintroduktioner och drift.
Bidra till dokumentation såsom arbetsinstruktioner, riskbedömningar och tekniska rapporter.
Stödja eller leda valideringsaktiviteter (IQ/OQ/PQ) för ny utrustning och processer.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM:
Vi söker dig som är tekniskt skicklig, strukturerad och drivs av att leverera resultat. Du trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team och har förmågan att kommunicera tydligt med olika intressenter.
Erfarenhet av formulering och/eller aseptisk fyllning av biologiska läkemedel eller liknande processer.
cGMP i reglerad tillverkning.
Produktionsutrustning, anläggningar och instrumentering.
Erfarenhet från start-up-miljöer, nya anläggningar eller produktionslinjer.
Kunskap om validering och kvalificering (IQ/OQ/PQ).
Erfarenhet av GMP för sterila processer och aseptiska regulatoriska krav.
Erfarenhet av Lean Manufacturing och dokumenterade förbättringar.
Talar svenska och engelska flytande.
TIDSRAM: 9 månaders uppdrag, med start i Augusti 2026.
