Om rollen

Som Operations & Business Manager hos oss ansvarar du för att vår leverans hos kund fungerar i praktiken. En central del i rollen är att bygga, utveckla och leda starka team, då välfungerande team är grunden för en stabil leverans och goda resultat.

Arbetet sker nära både kund och medarbetare där du säkerställer att bemanning, kvalitet och produktivitet håller rätt nivå genom ett närvarande ledarskap och tydlig uppföljning. En stor del av arbetet sker ute i våra kunders verksamheter, där du leder i vardagen, följer upp hur arbetet fungerar i praktiken och agerar snabbt när något behöver justeras. Rollen är operativ och innebär att du själv är nära driften och en naturlig del av verksamheten.

Till din hjälp har du Operations Support som avlastar i administrativa delar såsom bokningar, tidrapportering och uppföljning, samt Talent Sourcer som ansvarar för att attrahera och tillsätta rätt kompetens till dina team. Det ger dig förutsättningar att fokusera på affären, ledarskapet och utvecklingen i regionen.

Parallellt med det operativa ansvaret driver du utvecklingen av vår bemanningsverksamhet i Mälardalen, med ett tydligt fokus på Eskilstuna med omnejd där du även kommer att utgå ifrån. Det innebär att du arbetar aktivt med att utveckla både nya och befintliga kundrelationer inom bemanningslösningar, samtidigt som du leder det dagliga arbetet och utvecklar det interna teamet i regionen. Du ansvarar för att leda arbetet framåt och sätter struktur och arbetssätt som skapar tydlighet och riktning över tid.

Rollen innebär också ett aktivt ansvar för bemanningsaffären. Du driver försäljning av bemanningstjänster, identifierar nya affärsmöjligheter och utvecklar befintliga samarbeten, med fokus på tillväxt i regionen. Operativ närvaro kombineras med affärsmässighet, med ett tydligt fokus på att utveckla team, leverans och affär över tid.

Driva och utveckla bemanningsaffären i Mälardalen, med fokus på Eskilstuna och närliggande områden • Identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter och etablera nya kundrelationer inom regionen • Utveckla och förvalta befintliga kundsamarbeten över tid • Bygga, utveckla och leda team hos kund med fokus på engagemang, stabilitet och prestation • Säkerställa att leveransen hos kund fungerar enligt uppsatta mål kopplat till kvalitet, produktivitet och bemanning • Följa upp och utveckla leveransen utifrån KPI:er på både individ- och teamnivå samt driva förbättringar • Leda och utveckla det interna teamet i Mälardalen • Agera snabbt vid avvikelser och driva åtgärder tillsammans med kund och interna funktioner • Självständigt planera, prioritera och driva ditt arbete för att nå uppsatta mål

Vem är du?

Du har erfarenhet från bemanningsbranschen i en liknande roll med erfarenhet av lager- och logistikbranschen. Framförallt är du trygg i en roll med både personal- och affärsansvar samt har god förståelse för vad som krävs för att få både bemanningsaffär och leverans att fungera över tid.

Ditt ledarskap är närvarande och bygger på insikten att starka team skapar goda resultat. Du har erfarenhet av att bygga team som presterar och agerar i det som inte fungerar. Rollen kräver en kombination av operativt ledarskap, affärsmässighet och uppföljning. Du arbetar strukturerat, prioriterar rätt och driver ditt arbete framåt med fokus på både tillväxt och resultat. Som person är du lösningsorienterad och prestigelös, men också tydlig när det behövs. Du bygger förtroende genom närvaro, tillgänglighet och konsekvens i ditt agerande, och hanterar flera kontaktytor parallellt med trygghet i dialogen med både kund och medarbetare. Du är bekväm i att både utveckla människor och driva affär, och tar ansvar för att skapa resultat även när förutsättningarna förändras.

Din bakgrund

Du har erfarenhet från bemanningsverksamhet inom lager och logistik, och erfarenhet av försäljning och affärsutveckling är meriterande. I ditt ledarskap är du trygg och van att arbeta operativt, där närvaro, tydlighet och uppföljning är avgörande för att få verksamheten att fungera. Du har erfarenhet av att skapa struktur, sätta förväntningar och följa upp prestation på både individ- och teamnivå.

Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska i tal och skrift och har god systemvana. B-körkort är ett krav och erfarenhet av Intelliplan är meriterande.
