We are looking for a Transport/Logistics Coordinator for an automotive company in Eskilstuna. Start is ASAP, 5 months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.
Responsibilities
The role involves daily follow-up and deviation handling within the transport flow, as well as receiving and executing rush transports and bookings. You will book transports for deliveries, follow up with carriers, and establish emergency plans.
The assignment involves managing all transports for the client in Eskilstuna, both by road and sea. The responsibility is to ensure that shipments from production sites across Europe reach customers on time, including handling documentation and customs processes.
Experience & level
This role applies practical knowledge typically gained through education and work experience (2 to 5 years). It requires the ability to work independently with general supervision. The problems encountered are difficult but not overly complex. The role may involve influencing others within the job area through clear explanation of facts, policies, and practices.
This role requires fluency in English.
This is a full-time consultant position in Eskilstuna through Incluso. Start is ASAP, 5 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that. This role is 100% onsite in Eskilstuna.
