You will assist with accessing social environments working closely with private therapists using high tech equipment to enhance the life of a young lady who lives at home with her family. Things can change very quickly and you will work alongside a highly skilled qualified nurse.  This can be a rewarding environment for those who want to see the differences that their input and skills makes to complex care package.
