How You’ll Make an Impact
You will lead the execution of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) requirements for M&U projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with project managers to perform product risk analyses, including Substantial Modification analysis and Risk analysis according to the Machinery Directive.
Review and interpret customer contracts to communicate quality delivery expectations effectively within the project.
Create, update, and release critical project quality documentation, including the Project Quality Plan and Quality Control Plan.
Coordinate with third-party inspections and manage country-specific shipment inspections for certifications, ensuring adherence to CE certification processes.
What You Bring
You have a degree or equivalent experience in a related field, along with 2-3 years of post-graduate work experience.
Your experience includes working with the Machinery Directive and the CE Certification process.
You possess strong communication skills and a structured, collaborative approach to problem-solving.
You are a proactive team player who can lead or follow as needed, with a resourceful mindset to overcome challenges.
International business experience is preferred, enhancing your ability to navigate diverse environments.

Our M&U project management team is a close-knit group of 12 professionals, including 10 project managers and 2 quality managers. Together, we are dedicated to executing modernization and upgrades projects for our global fleet of gas turbines. Our mission is to ensure that every project meets the highest quality standards while supporting the overall goals of Siemens Energy. The Verification & Test section is part of the Engineering department at BU Launcher Separation Systems. The key products of the BU are the structures that attach the payload to the rocket and separate it in space at a very high precision. The engineering department is responsible for all aspects of the design, verification and test of the systems, and it consists of 6 sections within Design-, Analysis- & Systems Engineering, Material & Process, Research & Development and Verification & Test. We are working within the entire life cycle of the product from the earliest sketches to the support right before the final product takes off to space. Our customers are both new and old space and we work with most of the large companies in the space industry. You will be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and be part of the Engineering leadership team where we collaborate over the sections and disciplines and everyone takes responsibility for the combined result of the department. A Snapshot of Your Day Join our Electrical Engineering team and create detailed, customer-specific electrical designs for Medium Gas Turbine projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to deliver layouts, circuit diagrams, and documentation, ensuring every customer requirement is met. Support projects from design through assembly, collaborating with control, mechanical, and project lead teams. You’ll also interact with assembly, site teams, subcontractors, and purchasing, making a real impact in a growing market.
