DEINE MISSION Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle in der Planung, Implementierung und Betreuung komplexer sicherer IT-Infrastrukturen. Durch effektive Lösungen und kontinuierliche Optimierungen sorgst du dafür, die technischen Anforderungen im SINA Cloud-Operations zu erfüllen und so eine stabile, sichere und skalierbare IT-Umgebung für unsere Kunden zu schaffen. Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklung und Betrieb und stellst den hochsicheren, operativen Betrieb kritischer Cloud-Infrastrukturen jederzeit sicher. DEINE AUFGABEN * Betrieb, proaktive Überwachung und Wartung der technischen Umgebung im hochsicheren operativen Kontext zur Sicherstellung von maximaler Systemverfügbarkeit * Erkennung, Analyse und Behebung von Systemstörungen im Rahmen des eigenverantwortlichen Incident Managements und Troubleshootings * Kontinuierliche Analyse und Optimierung von System- und Betriebsprozessen mit Fokus auf Performance-Tuning und Kapazitätsplanung * Entwicklung und Pflege von Automatisierungsskripten und -werkzeugen zur Effizienzsteigerung und Rationalisierung der operativen Betriebsabläufe * Sicherstellung des 24/7-Betriebs kritischer Infrastrukturen durch die Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft sowie punktuelle Reisetätigkeiten in Ausnahmefällen DAS BRINGST DU MIT * Erweiterte Erfahrung in der Administration großer IT-Infrastrukturen und Cloud-Umgebungen * Fundierte Expertise im IBM Red Hat Ökosystem (insbesondere RHEL) gepaart mit Praxis in Red Hat OpenShift und Kubernetes sowie idealerweise ersten Berührungspunkten mit NixOS * Gute Kenntnisse in Scripting und System Engineering (Python, Bash, Go) sowie im Umgang mit Automatisierungstools (Ansible) * Idealerweise kannst du Erfahrung mit Git und GitOps-Workflows sowie im Umgang mit verteilten Speichersystemen (Ceph) einbringen * Grundverständnis für IT-Sicherheitsstandards und Compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR) sowie idealerweise relevante Red Hat Zertifizierungen (EX180, EX280, CKA, CKAD) * Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse, zwingende Bereitschaft zur erweiterten Sicherheitsüberprüfung (Ü2 nach SÜG) sowie ein fester Wohnsitz in Deutschland WAS DICH BEI UNS ERWARTET Wir pflegen einen direkten Wissensaustausch auf Augenhöhe und eine gelebte Hands-on-Mentalität, bei der Hierarchien keine Rolle spielen – am Ende gewinnt bei uns immer die beste technische Lösung.
