In this role, you will lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers, helping agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on Reddit’s fast-growing platform. This role is based in London, United Kingdom. Responsibilities * Actively coach, develop, and lead a team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers. * Recruit, retain, and grow a high-performing team while balancing resources effectively. * Keep a pulse on industry trends and use deep market knowledge to further develop your team and sharpen go-to-market strategy. * Provide thought leadership and guidance around account planning, partnership growth, and commercial execution. * Represent the interests of the UK business internally by championing sales narratives and initiatives aligned with client needs. * Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Enablement, Measurement, Insights, Creative Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Finance to support your team and unlock client growth. * Generate revenue growth by expanding partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and agencies. * Navigate complex partnerships that span multiple lines of business, brands, and priorities. * Build and cultivate senior client and agency relationships, acting as an advocate for Reddit and your team with executive stakeholders. * Craft and execute a strategy that enables your team to exceed revenue targets across its book of business. * Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities, sales positioning, resource allocation, and strategic planning. * Develop a deep understanding of Reddit’s advertising platform and translate client and market feedback into opportunities for product and revenue growth. * Represent Reddit in the UK market and help elevate the company’s presence with advertisers, agencies, and industry partners. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 10–15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing. * 3+ years of people management experience within sales. * Deep expertise in digital media, with a strong emphasis on paid social. * A genuine passion for mentoring others, with a track record of fostering career growth on your team. * Experience navigating complex organizations and engaging executive-level stakeholders. * Deep functional knowledge and strong industry expertise. * Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships. * Excellent communication skills and executive presence. * Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. * A strategic mindset and the ability to connect market trends, client needs, and platform capabilities into actionable business opportunities. * Experience across both brand and direct-response marketing objectives. * Prior startup or high-growth experience is a plus; builders are especially encouraged. About the role: As a Care Solutions Consultant you’ll guide families and clients through their first conversations about in-home, non-medical care. Using your customer service and sales skills, you’ll connect with potential clients primarily by phone, but also at times through email, chat, and text to understand their needs and explain how Home Instead can help them age well at home. This is a high-energy, performance-driven role where success is measured by your ability to engage with clients, build trust quickly, and meet daily outreach and conversion goals. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound calls (typically 80-95 per day) while maintaining quality, empathy, and accuracy in every interaction. This is a full-time, hourly, remote position reporting to the Sales Manager. Team members work one set schedule and every fourth weekend (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a regular rotation. Evening and weekend availability is required. The hourly hiring range for this role is $19.90 – $22.10. In addition to the base salary, this role offers a tiered monthly bonus structure based on achievement of monthly sales targets. Achieving 100% of target will start at a monthly bonus payout of $300, with the ability to overachieve targets and receive additional bonus pay. New hires will ramp into full targets and payout potential over their first two months of employment. Individuals must be employed on the pay date upon which bonuses are paid in order to receive payout. The bonus opportunity is not guaranteed and is subject to the achievement of both individual and corporate performance goals. The bonus program itself will be evaluated periodically by the company and, in the company's sole discretion, may be discontinued with appropriate notice. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The Senior Manager of Sales Marketing will work closely with, and report directly to the Head of Sales Marketing & Strategy to develop Sales Strategy and a narrative of ‘why gaming’ for brands within the North America (NA) Region. The Senior Manager is responsible for implementing the NA Direct Sales Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy through comprehensive storytelling designed by audience insights and data analytics, marketplace positioning, and publisher partnership initiatives to monetize Venatus opportunities. This role will leverage strong marketing expertise, creativity and strategic vision to craft compelling value propositions and persuasive stories for the NA Sales Team to take to brand advertisers. The Senior Manager will also lead Sales Enablement initiatives for the NA Direct Sales Team by developing tools and training materials they need to succeed by working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Job Responsibilities: * In partnership with the Head of Sales Marketing, maintain the GTM approach and Sales Strategy for the NA region by defining target audiences, identifying publisher partner custom integration opportunities and designing sales collateral. * Consult with NA Sales Team on new business opportunities such as proactive proposals, client meetings and trade marketing events. * Own the NA Sales Collateral Library, including the management and accuracy of general deck templates, partner slides, audience insights, etc. * Develop media packages to optimize sales efforts and manage heavy up pipeline so sales leadership can identify inventory sell-through. * Help implement and utilize current work processes and develop new methods to further streamline workflow with a focus on education, product knowledge across the NA team and Venatus capabilities.
